I think we give the D more crédit than they deserve.....which is saying à lot. They capitolize on very timely turnovers, like the Utah game, but when there's not turnovers, opponents just march down the field nearly at will.
AR had an open guy right in front of him and looked past him to throw to à covered guy further away.
Because like checkers, with red vs black, they like play mustard vs golf balls. Seriously though....they've had that for a long time. Never cared to know why.
AR and wrs are saving this défense and Napier's play calling.
2nd and 15 and ran it up the gut again...forcing AR 15 in a difficult situation yet again. Now he got the TD. Good job AR.

I don't like our odds in trying to play tit-for-tat in scoring......défense needs to start coming alive.
Maybe we should call the police to file a missing report for our secondary.
Secondary wasn't even 8 yards away from that open wr on 3rd down....our player needlessly broke off defending him when he wasn't even near to making a play on the qb.

7 defenders in the box and the cornerback is blitzing off the edge. 8 vs 6 not good numbers to run against. Come on coach!
Napier's play calling this game is perhaps the worst Ive seen in many years. They really did à statue frozen lineman play on third down....
D lineman when you take the easy way out and just run upfield it opens up running lanes for the qb.
Napier's poor decisions has cost us 10 points. Not kicking the FG on first drive and then calling timeout when vols were just trying to get into the locker room.
