Libs are THE dumbest people ever to walk on earth. Can you believe SOME of them think since he "supposedly" cooperated....that is reason enough NOT to charge him. So he took VERY classified documents as a Senator (which is a FELONY) and had those documents30-40 years. Has had MANY different staff members that have come and gone that saw this information. BUT...since he willingly gave it back after he got caught....this supposedly is why he did NOT get charged...and Trump did? HOW STUPID does one have to be to even REMOTELY let that come out of your mouth?
As one former federal prosecutor said on air last week, cooperation is not any kind of defense. It doesn't take away from the crime committed.
YOU ALL are missing the point of ALL OF THIS: This report was a DOJ work product. It did not have to be made public. The DOJ could have edited it before making it public if they choose too. That didn't happen. Obama or who ever is really running this government decided it was finally time to take Biden out. This is how they "force" Biden off the 2024 ticket. Either he is too senile to run for re-election, or he committed bad crimes and must be removed.
Not NOT GUILTY, just, we won't charge him because we believe no jury will find him competent and convict him.

Jury nullification is not a reason not to go to trial so I'm scratching my head as to why this tidbit was included in the report.
