Biden refused and US Generals are deciding what weapons and technologies Ukraine needs to fight the war against Russia instead of letting Ukraine decide. What Biden should have done, before Russia invaded, as he seemed to know it was ging to happen, as he kept talking about for the 2 weeks prior, IS stocked piled Ukraine with ALL the different weapons they needed. They didn't. Biden assumed Russia would roll over Ukraine in 3 days.
