No, I just came back from Florida and saw how much higher gas prices were. But on an inflation adjusted basis, it’s been higher several times before.
I recognize high gasoline prices sucks for most people, although they don’t mind paying $1000 for a phone. The issue I have is what do you expect Biden to do about it. We are a private industry. The higher prices will encourage more drilling, which is already taking place. The free market is working exactly as it’s supposed to. Or do you so called conservatives expect Biden to put price controls in place.

You must be new here. I’ve explained this
1. We lost energy independence when Trump was president
2. The industry is still recovering but drilling has more than doubled since Biden took over
3. Energy independence is not a guarantee of low oil prices since oil is priced based on worldwide supply and demand.
4. Keystone has zero to do with current oil prices since it wouldn’t have been completed by now anyway, and that supply is still being sent here by rail.
Quit repeating Fox talking points that make you look ignorant. Learn from someone who is actually in the industry.
Next time you need some lumber, rock, a vehicle to tow a trailer on, send pics of you doing that in your Prius. 😂

Wow who knew. That stoping drilling in Alaska and becoming an importer of oil means we are drilling more oil and fuel up 3-4 dollars means the economy is booming. The shelves are in great shape everything is stocked to perfection. Electric bills have not doubled. Man my eyes are telling me not good my wallet is saying the same thing. But I’m glad I am completely wrong on everything my brain and gut is saying.
I can haul as much with my Honda Fit as I could in my old Toyota Pickup. Of course, that pickup was half the size of today’s money-pits-on-wheels.
What vehicle you drive is your business. My point is more about the magical thinking that anything Biden did had a significant effect on the price of oil.
Biden promised us less domestic oil and gas production. Biden promised us higher electrical costs by killing coal mining (coal provides 20% of it's production, natural gas being the majority), Biden discontinued the Keystone Pipeline, and approving Putin's. Biden stopped drilling on federal land.

China Joe is not permitted by his Chinese & Russian masters to pump or drill for more energy. It would dramatically increase our leverage…
