THIS is how you take a misdemeanor and make it a felony...Its the "Art of the Deal"

So, you agree it's BS you just enjoy it.

Of course he knows its BS. He thinks the ends justify the means so its cool to arrest his political opponents and people he doesn't like politically. And then has the nerve to wag his finger at conservatives and tell us we're the ones on the wrong side of history because we don't think it's OK to kill babies or cut off a little boy's jewels. Gaslighting of the highest order.

That's pretty amazing. Our voting processes are very sloppy.
Sloppy by design. Never let an 'emergency' go to waste, even if we make up the emergency.

You are kinda ignoring WHY she had to pay him. (I will post it here since you are oblivious) LEGAL FEES are a big part of it
Sure, because the hooker tried to sue him over a tweet. Nothing to do with the current criminal charges.

So do you believe Trump when he says he never has sex with Stormy? Try to be honest for once.

And these hypocritical Christians OTB don’t seem to have have a problem with it.

At least he’s not gay, right @Dr. Curmudgeon ?

If the hush payment was $130k why was Cohen repaid $420k ?

Why was it structured & reported as income when it was a repayment of a loan?

trump broke the law...nobody made him try to coverup the payment...that was his choice

What underlying federal law did he break?

He did not break federal election law. If the claim is he violated New York election law, that is pre-empted by federal election law (which, again, he did not break). Check out the second paragraph of Article VI of the Constitution if you don't quite understand how federal preemption of state law works, assuming you're familiar with Constitutional law and still have respect for the document.

Seeing that you're in favor of politically motivated DA's arresting your political opponents, 18 months before an election, on statute of limitations run charges for mislabeling documents, I have my doubts as to your understanding of and respect for the Constitution. There's a reason everybody outside of Manhattan is scratching their head over this indictment.

After heating heartbreaking pleas from @gatorspeed (She has a family, she HAS A FAMILY!), Bragg has amended the Trump indictment to add a 35th count:

"He called her 'Horseface".

I'll be honest, I think that's the strongest count so far.
I tell ya what ole ghosty poo, if lard boy heads off to jail and eventually he probably will it’s your fault

LOL. He didn't have to break ANY election law if you knew what you were talking about

The NY state law escalates a misdemeanor to a felony if the INTENT of the misdemeanor was to break additional laws.

Like Cohen's misreporting of the loan repayment as income.

Or Cohen's bank fraud in obtaining the HELOC.
Or the false statements by AMI in support of a campaign by unlawful means.
Or the tax evasion admission of Alan Wewisselberg CFO (handwritten notes on bank statement)
Or the admission on tape of trump recognizing the Daniels payment being a political contribution
Or the admission on tape of the coverup scheme regarding McDougal and all other stories

I would advise you to check out NY state law... 🤣

Funny how these are the same people arguing for the sovereignty of state controlled elections when they want to supress voters but run to federal laws when trump is indicted

Truly comical

I know you trumpers are allergic to reading so here's some video for you

The dumbest case ever just got dumber. The charges brought against President Trump by New York City DA Alvin Bragg make no sense. You would think that if you were going to indict a President of the United States that you would have a case. But this case offers nothing.

DA Bragg should resign. His case against Trump is shockingly weak.
On Tuesday, immediately after receiving the indictment against President Trump, TGP analyzed the document. What stuck out was that Soros-backed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg claims in his charges that President Trump made the accounting entries himself related to this case.

Attorney Mike Davis concurs and labels Bragg’s case as one of the dumbest cases ever.

This indictment is an abomination… it’s unbelievable to me. He is much dumber than I expected…
Davis points out that the crimes aren’t identified in the document. Bragg says that he doesn’t have to list the crimes.

Do you know what intent is? If he intended to break a federal law, what federal law was it exactly that he intended to break? And how does payment as part of an otherwise valid NDA indicate intent to break that law? You, the hosts of MSNBC, and the city of Manhattan are literally the only people in America who are trying to pretend you're just upholding the rule of law in New York and this has nothing to do with politics. I'd respect you so much more if you'd just admit that you're in favor of arresting your political opponents because you don't like them. At least then we could have an honest conversation about what is going on here.

There you go again, when democrats lose states its because republicans are suppressing voters. When democrats win states its democracy operating as God intended. That is what's comical. The beauty of your position is that you can never be proven wrong!

As it turns out, I'm not even a "Trumper". I just so happen to not be a fan of targeting and arresting my political opponents. No matter how many MSNBC Youtube clips you post in this forum, you won't change the fact that this is politically motivated and tyrannical. Everything you project on the GOP, your party is guilty of doing as we speak.

That's how they will string this along to the sheep.

"The crime is he INTENDED to commit a crime".

Sheep that watch MSNBC will buy it. I think we know who that includes.
What will ghost do when his hero does finally go to jail? Will you get a job? Go for a walk? Read a book? What will you do???

We'll all be dead waiting. Going to be difficult to do anything at that point. Meanwhile this thread will live in infamy. 😂

You found the guy you want arrested and you're willing to see him arrested by any means necessary, regardless of whether he actually committed a crime. They've been telling us a crime has been committed for 7 years now, and the best they can come up with is that he mislabeled a document 6 years ago. It will be dismissed because what is alleged is not criminal.

This isn't how justice works and the people who are willing to do this are not the good guys.

Do you know what intent is? If he intended to break a federal law, what federal law was it exactly that he intended to break?

Being thick headed about this will only last so long.

The NY state law doesn't require a intent to break a federal law....its written as the intent to break other laws

(Did you watch the video I linked?)

And how does payment as part of an otherwise valid NDA indicate intent to break that law?

The NDA was invalid trump never signed it

This is beginning to feel like Groundhog's day LOL

This case was actually prosecuted by trump's DOJ...democrats have actually taken DOJ orders and held back from this prosecution

When you admit the Barr's DOJ has been implicated in MANY shutdowns of criminal investigations into trump then we can discuss what's nakedly political versus what simply involves politicians

There you go again, when democrats lose states its because republicans are suppressing voters. When democrats win states its democracy operating as God intended. That is what's comical. The beauty of your position is that you can never be proven wrong!

What I post is true...that's why I'm not proven "wrong"

You're talking about the preemption of federal law over state law but I'm sure you had no problem with the gutting of the VRA that allowed GA, TX, etc. to pass voting supression laws without DOJ review

Then it was all about the state's right...now your arguing for the federal law to preempt

All of which doesn't matter because the NY state law doesn't care which laws the accused intended to break

trump is indicted because there's probable cause that crimes were committed

But why do I feel sure you'll be bitching about the jury decision if he's found guilty
Then it will be a jury of democrats convicted him also right?

Don't worry this is about the least serious of the crimes trump is being investigated for

Save your crying & whining for the more important cases in the future

Hoo boy. See, this is what happens when you poke the bear! 😂

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that, if the 2024 presidential election were between Biden and former President Donald Trump, 47% of Likely U.S. voters would vote for Trump, while 40% would vote for Biden. Another 11% say they would vote for some other candidate. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

I don’t make assumptions especially when it comes to DJT being a good guy, as far as his troubles who cares and as far as Bragg and his indictment on poor pitiful Donnie I’d be careful with the crap about it has no legs, take it from someone who’s street smart, Bragg or anyone else who’s about to break their foot off in Trumps Rump are not going to show all there cards, that’s what smart poker players do, it’s hilarious reading some of these comments on that turds defense, me personally I don’t care either way If that sheister goes to jail, as long as his sorry ass isn’t in the white house again I’m happy
