Someone in there during the hearing said the Judge said for the defense to get motions to him by August and the DA will have to respond to them by September and he will rule by December on them, I hope that isn't his timetable on the motions to dismiss this joke case. It sounds like they purposely want this stuff running hard at the most crucial time of the 2024 primary.
I am curious if this is the same Judge that refused to dismiss that state charge against Manafort when he had already been charged for the same thing basically in the federal case and the appeals court had to toss the case as being illegal.
Edit: It was a different NY Judge but the Judge actually tossed the case and the appeals court refused to reinstate it for the NY DA.
