Not sure what to think of this but convicted liar Cohen not being asked questions again could be a sign the state didnt think it would change anything after the last witness. Hard to say what happens here since its true a ham sandwich can be indicted by a willing prosecutor.

Remember, they really didn't get Cohen on the Daniels thing, that was something they let him plea down to, to allow lessor charges to get to the what they really wanted to nail him on.......which could have been aggressively and probably defeated in court. He skated on much bigger charges to paint a narrative the prosecutors wanted.

There are agreements and processes for this sort of thing between states in the constitution. In most states, the person being extradited is given an opportunity to waive extradition procedures which means they aren't fighting extradition. That's honestly a good idea because it speeds the process up and you spend less time in jail.
If you fight it, there's a review process usually involving the office of the governor of the state you're being extradited from but sometimes that process is handled by the State AG or the Chief Magistrate.
Bottom line, if it's a valid warrant, you're going to be extradited after the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. Usually within 30 days but can be up to 90.
Tough to fight something like this. It's in the constitution that if one state is presented a legal indictment or warrant signed by a Magistrate, you MUST serve that warrant.

I mean...
If an indictment is presented at an arrangement on one of my cases, a LEO will serve that indictment (meaning said person is arrested). However, if said subject has already lined up arrangements for bail (bondsman, property, cash, ect) then we will serve the warrant right there in the courthouse and then process his release and bond paperwork on the spot.
That means the subject will have never entered the jail but he is processed exactly as he would have been had he been in jail. In all likelihood, if Trump is arrested, this is how it will go down.
I don't think he really cares about going to jail. He won't stay there very long and it will greatly strengthen his support, especially among the independents and moderates.
I have heard that the Whitehouse (read Biden team) is encouraging and directing the NY prosecutor, Bragg, to distract from the constant Biden China corruption story.
