Cohen did, but had nothing on Trump that would stick. Fast forward a few years. A jackassed DA campaigned on taking down Trump. He's taking a bum road that neither Mueller nor the DOJ would dare tread. This POS doesn't even have standing in election law. Bragg is a bag boy, one that delivers da cotton to the massa Biden and his string pullers. Neither Mueller nor the "manly" Garland would touch this case with a ten foot pole so they threw there "boy" in there to do their dirty work.

I don't think he really cares about going to jail. He won't stay there very long and it will greatly strengthen his support, especially among the independents and moderates.

Plus they didn't have first appearance with everybody else, judge did it via video conference right after council got there. One of them went to the house before I finished the paper work.

Again, the issue is whether or not Trump cares about sitting in a jail cell. Maybe he does, maybe his ego refuses to allow the dems to see him in the cell. I could definitely understand that.

On the other hand, maybe he WANTS to be sitting in jail for the optics. It would prove, once again, that he was totally right about this being a witchhunt. And if he has to stay in jail while they get extradition paperwork and red tape sorted, even better.

And here's the point that some here don't want to acknowledge: If Trump's base sees Trump sitting in jail, every one of us is going to have the same thought: If we don't do something about this now, that's going to be US sitting in jail next for simply supporting him.

And it's not "throwing mud" to ask a simple question...it's a fact that a Biden-owned LLC distributed a $3MM payment from China to three Biden family members shortly after he left office.

What good or service did Biden provide China to earn that payment? I'm not aware of any consulting work he did while VP (and that seems like a conflict of interest), I'm not aware of any manufacturing plants that Biden owns...and China just doesn't hand ex-VP's millions for no reason. What could it possibly be?
