What did Trump do from 2017-2020 to cause the moderates to leave him, in your opinion? Are you saying moderates are against higher wages? Lower taxes? $1.70 gas? Record low unemployment for blacks? Women? All? Peace in the Middle East? A stock market that rose over 50%? Securing the Southern border and stopping the flow of illegal drugs and human trafficking?

Thanks..I know I go WAY overboard sometimes. I am NOT hateful..I promise. I AM passionate about one thing in particular. My heartfelt LOVE for the United States of America. EVERYTHING in my life centers around this. My love for our military is NOT because I believe all military are GREAT people...but they DO keep us free, and protect our GREAT Country. I cannot tell you how much respect that I have for them doing that. I do NOT love politics. But if you do not get involved, and if you do not educate yourself...we WILL lose this GREAT Country. Even these guys I argue with on here...if we were at a tailgate...and they showed up I would buy there drinks and feed them. I 100% disagree with their stances...and it has become harder to accept those stances with their parties SPRINT to the far left. It is DEVASTATING our Country. Teaching gender confusion to little children, ignoring our Constitution, letting our Country be invaded, censorship, election fraud, using our alphabet agencies AGAINST your political opponents HAS TO ALL STOP...and our Constitution HAS to be followed!!

I believe I've already explained this but, again, while Trump did some wonderful, pro-American things while in office, he often acted like a petulant child. You may not care about that but a lot of people do. A lot of people expect the POTUS to act like, you know, an adult.
You're saying Trump's behavior is more important than all his accomplishments to these people.
I watched polls pretty regularly from 2016-2020. I never saw a single poll where 'act presidential' was even listed as one of the things ANY voter considered, much less have it be the top consideration.
I have never met a voter who told me he loved all the things Trump did for him and his family, but his mean tweets are a dealbreaker.

Along with a lot of the moderates, Trump lost the Suburban housewives because he can't control himself. They switched because of feelings, stupid as that is. Theo doesn't need me to defend him, but that is the truth (and I still question all the illegal changes to the voting laws). Trump brings out the liberal voters because he can't stick to his policies and has to make everything personal. And that is why I am not sure he can win in 2024. He will not get my vote in the primaries, but absolutely will if he wins the Republican nomination. Some of you act like Trump is infallible. He is a very flawed individual who does care about the future of America. He just can't control his own emotions, so we shouldn't be surprised that 10's of Millions voted against him because of their emotions.

FWIW. Pubs and dems switch votes in every election. Stating “I know a moderate that switched their vote” is hardly evidence of anything other than you knowing someone who switched their vote. I was just saying that many moderates and independents voted for Biden because of their hatred for Trump. I don't need the media to tell me that (not that I listen to the MSM anyway).
