Mark Levin says this was a major coverup by Heinrich Garland. Levin did a complete time line destroying Garland over this. He said the heat got to hot and Garland was forced into a special counsel. The special counsel is a fraud he’s director Wrays right hand man.

I don't think they want him to run in 2024 but I think this is more to slow roll the crooked crap he did with Ukraine and China leading up to the 2024 election to help whatever Democrat is the nominee. "We can't comment on that due to the special counsel. We can't give you that document due to the special counsel investigation". The big difference being Trump was President which allowed him to declassify any damn thing in his possession. Meanwhile Joe was Vice President, which means he is not allowed to remove any classified documents, or declassify any documents. The brain dead wonder can be charged with violating the espionage act.
