This was already the argument made by LG89. That yes voting fraud occurred but it’s ok because it’s not that big of a deal.
I'd guess there's no state or federal election that would be 100% free of voter fraud. Massive or wide-spread has not been a factor in this or any other st/fed.election in many years.
1) The results can be uncertified all the way up to when the EC meets. Certification isn't final right now regardless.
2) The Liberal state SC will undoubtedly lift today's injunction on a party line 5-2 basis
3) Third Circuit will still get a chance to rule on this as well, that is probably going to go Trump's way (perhaps as soon as Friday)
There's still a Commonwealth Court Evidentiary hearing on Friday...it's not the Trump team in that hearing but it's going after the same result. Seems to be a decent amount of confidence re: that hearing.
No one is stalling, this is the process. And the process isn't over. Stop being hyper-partisan and let this all play out. We need to be united as a nation against fraud. If you're right and there's no evidence, then fine. But if you're wrong we have to find it, fix it and string up whomever let it happen.
Oh, and in the hearing today the State Legislature claimed they never got a chance to vote on Dominion's bid...use of Dominion was mandated by the Gov. Didn't Sidney accuse Governors and Sec of States of taking bribes and outcome guarantees?

We didn’t have dominion corrupt voting systems and massive fraud in mail in ballots which should have never been allowed to happen. They violated state legislatures in the 4 of the swing states. They didn’t require voter ID, matched signatures, like we do with absentee ballots. It’s a disgrace what took place. TRUMP won in a massive landslide with people who got off their ASS and voted legally.

He gained 11 million more votes, won Hispanics with over 33%, black 13% which is unheard of. My god he won Zapata county on the Texas border by 5%which hidebeast won by 10 % in 2016.

This response makes no sense. All ghost has been doing is telling you that there was widespread fraud and it needs to be fixed. You’re the one moving the measure of the fraud (moving the goalposts) from there is no fraud to no widespread fraud.

AP reported that about a WEEK before the Pa. election there had been requests for over 2.6 million . Sigh
