==========

Returning for the 2024-25 season:

It looks to me like Golden only has 2 position groups on the team he's building.
They are either CG-SF's or they are PF-C types, which is a good way to do it imo.

Group 1: (PG-SG-SF) - 6-2, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4, 6-5, 6-5
Alijah Martin 6-2 210 Grad-Sr
Walter Clayton Jr 6-3 195 Sr
Will Richard 6-4 206 Sr
Denzel Aberdeen 6-5 190 Jr
Kajus Kublickas 6-2 171 So
Cooper Josefsberg 6-4 195 rsFr
Isaiah Brown 6-5 185 Fr - signed
Jack May 6-4 195 rsSr - WO

Group 2: (PF-C) - 6-9, 6-9, 6-11, 6-11, 7-1, 7-7

Micah Handlogten 7-1 235 Jr
Sam Alexis 6-9 225 Jr - xfer-in
Thomas Haugh 6-9 210 So
Alex Condon 6-11 230 So
Rueben Chinyelu 6-11 245 So - xfer-in
Olivier Rioux 7-7 300 Fr - unsigned, hard commit

That's 13 Ships + 1 WO. It appears that the ship slots are now filled.
Unless one or both (Clayton/Richard) leave for the NBA.

2025 Gators & more

Hey everyone,

I have been away for awhile dealing with some personal things but I am getting back in the UF sprite. How are everyone feeling about the 2025 football team? I am a high on this team. I love the dline and the QB, that is usually enough to surprise people and have a successful team. I was on some betting sites and they have a high win projection (7.5 wins), should I bet on that? I am going to the Miss State game, which tailgate can I visit? Hope everyone is doing well, GO GATORS!

Side note, what is going on with the ON3 and rivals merger? any post about how/if things will change around here?

Basketball UF MBK: Florida to Face UConn in Jimmy V Classic

Florida adds to its elite nonconference schedule with a visit to Madison Square Garden

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -
Florida men's basketball will square off vs. UConn in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, Dec. 9, ESPN announced on Wednesday.

The Gators and Huskies will meet for the second straight season, following Florida's 77-75 NCAA second-round win in March on the way to its 2025 national championship. The game will air at 9 p.m. on ESPN as the second half of a doubleheader, following BYU vs. Clemson.

In addition to the Jimmy V Classic, the Gators open the season with another high-profile showdown vs. Arizona in the Hall of Fame Series Las Vegas. UF will also compete in the Rady Children's Invitational Nov. 27-28 in San Diego, where Florida will play two games against a field consisting of Providence, TCU and Wisconsin.

Florida returns to the Jimmy V Classic and Madison Square Garden for the first time since a Dec. 2018 win vs. West Virginia. The Gators also played in the event in 2016 (loss vs. Duke) and 2013 (win vs. Memphis).

The Jimmy V Classic, named for legendary college basketball coach Jim Valvano, annually raises money and awareness for the V Foundation for Cancer Research. The men's Classic began in 1995 and is in its 31st year - 22nd at Madison Square Garden - and is part of ESPN's V Week initiative, which utilizes platforms to talk to sports fans about the importance of cancer research. To date, ESPN has helped raise more than $262 million for the V Foundation since 1993. ESPN's annual V Week has helped to raise nearly $101 million over the past 18 years.

Tickets for the men's doubleheader will go on sale this fall. First priority and access to the best seats will be offered to fans who sign up for the pre-sale through

Football Be prepared to fork out some serious $$ for single game tix

Because of my booster level I was able to go into the system this morning and purchase single game tix (to add to my season tix). Other than LIU tix, be prepared to pay much higher prices than has been the case the last few seasons. To add to it, there just isn’t a lot of supply as compared to recent seasons.
Had a friend that asked me to find him two club seats for the Tennessee game. Only saw two available and the selling price was $870 per ticket ($1,740 for the pair).
Lowest prices I spotted for Texas game were well over $400.
I would suspect even LIU will be a hard sellout for fans that want to bring the family to a game, but might not be able to afford any other games.

Have you heard the latest? Susie Wiles has cut off Elon from Trump.

'maga' is tripping all over itself to run with this Daily Mail as proof that 'RINO granny' is working to drive a wedge between Elon and Trump, and egt Elon 'fired'.

Couple of massive issues with this claim...

The article is from January.

Second is this...

Elon's time working with DOGE was always set to end in May. That's the law, not some 'RINO granny' firing.

Sadly, 'maga' has been infiltrated. The same people claiming Elon was fired are claiming Bondi has the epstein files and is refusing to do anything with them.

Everyone wants a paycheck but nobody actually wants to do any work

Today the US postal service and FedEx wasted 6 hours of my time

Thd postal worker lied and said he delivered my package, I have him on my ring camera doing no such thing.

The FedEx driver may very well be the King of those lazy jerkoffs, he used the hang tag he put on my door Friday, which has since been signed and moved, to show that he attempted to deliver my package today. The picture is from Friday, it even has Fridays date on it. Saturday he apparently didn't even make the effort at all.

We should be able to hunt these people for sport.
