Accusing one person of racial bias does not make you a carte blanche racist.
It might make you wrong, or petty, or misguided, but it’s not a broader statement of all people based on race. It’s an accusation of a single person.

At 3:00 Trump complains his rulings are "unfair". He's attacking his motives, he's not going after his competence.
Competence would have been something like: "He's too stupid, because of his race, to do his job properly." THAT is a racist statement.
He's claiming bias, not incompetence. He's claiming that because he's "proud of his heritage" he's being unfair - specifically in how he's handling this case - because Trump is pushing for a wall between the US and Mexico.
You probably also think Trump never denounced white supremacists. You're being lied to and you aren't smart enough to realize it.
