They do not care if they lose on appeal. Winning the case was never the point. These cases have all been about tying up Trump's time and $ so he can't campaign or even worry about other DEM schemes to steal this election. By the time it gets to an appeal, the damage (if there is any) has already been done.
Show me where they mention Ashleys diary, or where they brought up Russia Russia Russia for 2 1/2 years for nothing. ONE person mentions the court case...yes...which is surprising.

Agreed...shocking for sure. What my take is from this is that his supporters are starting to see that he had better do something..or he will get CLOBBERED on election day. If he does not change...they ALL will turn on him overnight, and start calling him the same names we do!
Something to consider about these lawfare cases against Trump, there is an old proverb that says "when your opponent is shooting his own foot please to make sure he doesn't run out of bullets".
