On the 87th attempt, have the dems FINALLY got Trump?

See I know what parts of this are true and what part is Hollywood. I spent six years as a corrections officer at a maximum security facility.

I'm more than a little concerned how you two acquired this information.

And for the record, a former president would be segregated from population.
Is there a precedent for this? I mean, like is there a special section in the manual for former presidents? 😜

Oh I can't see either, but I know they are, they just can't help themselves!

Remember how horny they got when the FBI raided Mar Lago? @gatorspeed @RayGravesGhost all came out of hiding, knew THIS time they had Trump!

It was such a cluster that within days their own corrupt party was telling them to drop it LOL

They never learn. We beg them to get smarter and they stay idiots just to spite us LOL

Oh well, they deserve every second of this. Of getting their hopes up that THIS TIME they got Trump, only to have them dashed on the rocks of reality.

We begged them to wake up.

Hey @gatorspeed and @RayGravesGhost, just remember your daddy Ghostie tried to spare you all the pain that's coming your way. But you wouldn't listen.

Has the Mar-a-Lago case been closed?

Or is the trump legal team still looking to the courts for a special master, a ruling on classified documents, or claiming that he can declassify documents with his mind? LOL

trump and his followers haven't gotten one thing right in that case...
But it is amusing declaring victory because he hasn't been indicted [yet]

OK so we've discovered a few things about Evilwayz...

  • He has a lousy sense of humor
  • He thinks its highly secret information that men get raped in prison
  • And for the record he KNOWS how former presidents are handled in prison even though no other former president has ever even been indicted

After Nixon you'd think so.

No protected management is applied for or assigned.

When I left UCI some of the residents of PM included:

A transgender person with top surgery.

Two juvenile offenders that would have gone to a youth offender camp but their sentence didn't allow for it due to there being no maximum security youth facilities in Florida.

A top Mob guy from the Bonano crime family.

A Aryan Brotherhood of Texas shot caller we traded one of our troublemakers for.

And a bunch of rapists and child molesters and snitches to round things out.

It's my understanding that Trump will be charged with a misdemeanor possibly two.

I don't know New York law so I don't know length of sentence.

You don't go to prison for a misdemeanor.

If he were to be found guilty in the state of Florida for two counts of misdemeanor being being liar who sleeps with porn stars and bribes them to shut up, he would:

Most likely be fined given his status as a first time criminal offender.

If he annoyed someone or there was an agenda involved, he could serve no more than 364 days in the county jail, concurrently. Florida gives you ten days gain time so he'd do 2/3 of his sentence.

I'd say one year probation plus court costs and fine would be what happens. At most 6 months, consecutive with gain time.

LOL at @gatorspeed @RayGravesGhost @LizardGrad89 @kalimgoodman @BSC911 all acting like they don't see this thread LOL

See how easy it is to outsmart them? They are all running around like turkeys with their heads cut off claiming Trump is done.

All I have to do is say 'Ok, let's vote on it" and they all scatter LOL

So easy.
I see you’ll post anything just to comfort yourself. You do understand that YOUR president is the one in the spotlight right? And not In a good way, if I was you which I’m not, I think I would keep my mouth shut, Trumps a complete embarrassment to this country, first president in US history to be indicted, and what a joke, But he’s YOUR president, and for your let’s see””” hoodwinked, sheep, comments they fit you like a glove

Surely you recognize this as purely political, right?

Call it off?

The funniest part is none of these dullards are smart enough to stop and ask themselves a simple question: If they could arrest Trump on a legitimate charge, why wait 7 years to do it?

They couldn't arrest him while he was in office and some of his crimes were committed in the last 2 years
And you're calling someone else a "dullard"?

All this does is make Trump more popular. All this does is prove to the true independent voters that the dems are corrupt to the core and must be removed from office.

malone's boy hasn't even been indicted and he crying injustice....What a pussy!!! LMAO

Best part is Trump posting on Truth Social how outrageous this is! They better not arrest me!

If something is posted on truth social...is there anybody there to read it? LOL

All while sitting back laughing his orange spray-tanned ass off at them for getting hoodwinked.

Trump is the master strategist. He always moves his enemies where he wants them to be. They destroy themselves every single time.

You mean the guy who has lost every election and court case besides 2016?

His track record would get him fired at UF if he was the football coach 🤣

On to Georgia! LMAO!

He already lost in Georgia

Netanyahu is trying to fix their broken judiciary. Another victim of leftist witch hunts. How does he fix it? Main complaint and a valid one is the loss of independence for the judiciary. Its got Israelis up in arms.

Here in America white collar crimes are punished too heavily. You have elderly Ponzi schemers who fleece uber wealthy investors dying in prison. Meanwhile, violent criminals like George Floyd are allowed to roam the streets and commit crimes.

The fact that the Dumb A$$ can even thread through this novel approach to attacking Trump is more proof that our gubmint at all levels is too large.

That anyone could face even a day in prison for such a "crime" is also ridiculous.

Bribery I guess is legal as long as you have a lawyer do it for you and you sign an NDA. Paying extortion money is a crime if you are running for office. Having your lawyer handle it isnt a legal action so you cant claim when you pay him back that is is legal fees. I guess you need to label it extortion funds on the excel sheet/ tax return or its a felony. But that is only if you are running for office.

So you're OK with the criminal justice system going after political opponents?
Most definitely especially when they blatantly commit crimes, no exceptions. Trump needs to quit crying like a little girl and quit playing the victim, that clown thinks he’s above the law, points fingers, blames others, just a punk coward I don’t feel sorry for him atall, all the crap he’s been pulling has finally started catching up to his fat rump

The DA trying to claim Trump paying someone for silence (NDA), which is 100% legal, is somehow an illegal campaign donation is really really far-fetched. I don’t know how they can even make a legal argument.

Because you don't know that's the legal argument they're making do you? 🤣

Please show us where the Manhattan DA's office has said that's what they're going to charge him with

Depends on where the money came from or how it got to the agent whom the negotiations were conducted with.

Remember, Trumps lawyer already pled guilty to the campaign finance violation.

Not so fast. A New York grand jury will hear a final surprise witness on Monday and won't vote on Trump indictment until it's over.

7f1rvi.jpg

  • A Manhattan grand jury will continue hearing evidence Monday in the Trump hush-money investigation.
  • A final witness must testify before the panel can deliberate and then vote on a possible indictment.
  • Monday is now the earliest Trump could be indicted, though the charges would immediately be sealed.

A possible Donald Trump "hush-money" indictment is on hold until a final witness testifies before a Manhattan grand jury on Monday afternoon.

"There is one more witness," a source with knowledge of the investigation told Insider on Saturday night.

The source spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to divulge details of the grand jury proceedings.

The source declined to identify the witness, whose testimony will cap a two-month grand jury presentation by prosecutors under District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

A separate source, who also spoke on condition of anonymity, told Insider that the witness is not Allen Weisselberg, Trump's former CFO, who is serving a five-month sentence for admittedly masterminding a payroll tax-dodge scheme at the Trump Organization.

News of a Monday grand jury witness was first reported by CNN.

And Weiselberg and the National Enquirer owner David Packer are involved in the coverup and accounting of the hush money

A lot of possibilities for what exactly is going to be charged and who is chargeable

Good enough for me. Agree there’s no way he serves jail time. Enough that we can call him a criminal for the rest of his fat, pathetic life.

But let's just be clear...production volume & revenue is down in the case of Russia

Russia is not making record profits as you claimed right?
You brought up a good point (and candidly, I cannot be up on every piece of news) that the European nations have now come together to reduce the needs on Russia through caps. I am glad that they are doing that.

I happen to be a bit skeptical that China and India are not turning around and re-fueling Putin's economy, but Xi and Modi are clever enough to know that Putin cannot be an "Alpha" here and will get fuel at below market rates.

Again, good citation.
In fairness, see my note on Saudi Arabia.

The overall constrained supply environment is doing wonders for every oil producer not under price and volume caps.

I hope you see that I do not come to these exchanges looking for a "fight", but to trade ideas and if they should evolve, then that is the benefit of free exchange of ideas.

Personally, I have hesitations around this for a few reasons:

1. Alvin is stretching to put together two misdemeanors to make a felony. That is terrible precedent on any side.
2. Making efforts to defend Stormy Daniels when your city is under a nightly crime siege is a profound waste of taxpayer dollars.
3. This will make Trump a "martyr".
4. If the "OnlyTrump" crowd was smart (I made this point months ago) they would defocus the "stop the steal" from election fraud that they can barely provide evidence for (and when they try, it may potentially undoing the main media juggernaut in Fox News) and broaden the aperture to the weaponization of big-tech, MSM, big city/Soros funded DAs, etc.

I do not know the facts, evidence, etc. but as someone who leans to DeSantis and Tim Scott, this is not a helpful set of events.

An attorney is supposed to know the law, that's his job. You only had ONE job!! 😂
An easy argument Trump has is he largely financed his campaign out of his own pocket in his 2016 run. It's impossible to earmark where said funds came from, and supposedly he never took a salary while in office. Today the media is trying to compare this to what John Edwards did with his campaign contributions (a huge chunk from the Melon trust fund babies). He used that money to keep his whore with his illegitimate child in high cotton. Completely apples and oranges, but there the media spin once again.

You have to account for every cent the second you run for office.

I personally don't think he'd be that dumb.

Rich people stash money like fat people stash candy.

He's certainly got offshore accounts in Grand Cayman or the Bahamas or Switzerland that he could tap for this kind of thing and surely if Cohen was his cleaner he'd have access to it.

The Clintons were masters of this when he was in the governors mansion.

Never did figure out why they didn't bribe Monica and her ugly friend

What I'm saying is Trump largely financed his own campaign (first one). It would be next to impossible to tie that with campaign contributions if funds are comingled and Trump was dumping personal funds into his campaign account. I don't think there are limits on what a candidate spends out of his own pocket. At the time NDAs were not only legal but tax deductible so it would have been dumb to do it out of his campaign account. Cohen already testified that he paid her and then Trump reimbursed him. Ross Perot spent a CRAPLOAD of his own cash when he ran.

Skip he had to put that money into a campaign account regardless.

You can't use you own money to put gas in your car if a staff member is with you.

Did he though? I really don't know. He might have paid it through one of his many corporations or LLC cash accounts. Was Cohen running his election campaign funds? I guess we'll find out eventually. It's a technicality either way. With all of the dirty deeds the Dims have done and don't care who knows, it's hypocrisy at it's pinnacle.

NY DA has jurisdiction in a FEDERAL campaign finance case?

There might be a reason no one else pushed this case.
