Walls are closing in on DJT.... *All of Trump Charged threads have been merged - post here*

On the 87th attempt, have the dems FINALLY got Trump?

Hmmmm....that would be interesting. DeSantis could get some serious wind from doing that.

This will be VERY interesting to watch. First, does Trump fight the arrest or go along with it? How does DeSantis react to either move?

There will be some 5D chess being played here. Either way, the dems will be the loser.
I'm trying to figure out why Trump would cooperate with New York in this obvious banana republic stunt. The "trumped up" charges are utterly ridiculous. What they nailed Cohen on had nothing to do with Daniels. That was just "media noise". The democrats are now charging at windmills.

and is a resident of the Free State of Florida, right? The handful fo normies in that Yankee shithole have left long ago. Now NY is like the democrat party....just a bunch or groomers, baby killers, and pedophiles

Or this guy the GOP just elected to Congress? Groomer or pedophile?

There's been speculation that DeSantis will block or delay any forced extradition if Trump tells NY to go fly a kite. There's also that little stumbling block of going through Secret Service Agents. Thoughts?

Keep grasping at straws.... 😂

No, Ron DeSantis can't stop Donald Trump's extradition from Florida to New York if he's indicted. Here's how it would go down.

  • If Donald Trump is indicted in Manhattan and refuses to show up, he'll be extradited.
  • Ron DeSantis can't stop extradition from Trump's home in Florida, but he could slow the process.
  • Florida also has an extradition method that may allow New York prosecutors to sidestep the governor.

From the DOJ press release

Michael Cohen Pleads Guilty In Manhattan Federal Court To Eight Counts, Including Criminal Tax Evasion And Campaign Finance Violations

...today the guilty plea of MICHAEL COHEN to charges of tax evasion, making false statements to a federally-insured bank, and campaign finance violations. The plea was entered followed the filing of an eight-count criminal information, which alleged that COHEN concealed more than $4 million in personal income from the IRS, made false statements to a federally-insured financial institution in connection with a $500,000 home equity loan, and, in 2016, caused $280,000 in payments to be made to silence two women who otherwise planned to speak publicly about their alleged affairs with a presidential candidate, thereby intending to influence the 2016 presidential election. COHEN pled guilty today before U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III.

Mueller was appointed by Trumps DOJ.

Deep State is such a lame overused term that only comes out when your cult leader screws up again.
False. Trump doent have a DOJ. Presidents only appoint figureheads while the permanent machine churns away at their own agenda.

But I thought Eric Holder was Obama's Atty Gen?

Conservatives repeated that for 8 years and none of the trump supporters said it wasn't true

trump called Sally Yates this in his own words...

And inside the White House, Trump tweeted about Democratic obstruction of his nominees, "Now have an Obama AG." Less than two hours later, Yates was out of a job, notified of the White House decision via a typed letter from an assistant to the president.

Has DeSantis made a statement on this stuff yet? I wonder if Karl Rove has came up with one like the Ukraine statement that leaves an opening for him to later call on Trump to end his campaign for the good of the party.

Nope the only statement from anyone that matters has been trump...

Which draws into question the whole validity surrounding the Tuesday prediction

Reporting is that trump heard about the security planning going on for a possible indictment watching late talk shows last night and as usual exploded on social media

Outside of that being an embarrassing fact if true...the grand jury supposedly still has 1 witness to interview

The grand jury convenes on Mondays & Wednesdays...
So trump is speculating that the arrest will happen Tuesday once they've heard from the last witness

Indict Monday afternoon...arrest Tuesday

i dont know what is more enjoyable, watching Trump squirm or his minions ITT.

I wonder if Trump will testify in his own defense and say he never met this Stormy lady. She then goes on and testifies as to the shape of his penis, and how he said he loves her and what a cold fish Melania is. He then has to whip it out in front of the jury.

Must see TV.

Why I’d never take the hair loss drug President Trump uses

By Bruce Horovitz — Kaiser Health NewsMarch 1, 2017

The stories laid out in court filings are enough to make a bald man accept a hairline in full retreat. Complaints chronicle sexual dysfunction, mood swings, ruined relationships, even suicides, allegedly linked to the pills intended to keep hair intact.

So can we assume this will play out the same way the first 50 'walls are closing in on Trump' episodes did?

1 - Sheep orgasm all over the board that Trump is toast.

2 - Then we find out Trump isn't really toast

3 - Sheep backpeddle, say Trump will get his

4 - The rest of us start to laugh at sheep for getting hoodwinked

5 - Sheep get super pissed and start shitposting to try to drown out our laughter

Funny thing is, the one thing the sheep NEVER do is step back, acknowledge they got hoodwinked, and then CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR to stop listening to the same sources that keep lying to them.

Oh well. For every @urtren that bought into the hoax and had to eventually leave the board in shame, there is a @RayGravesGhost that comes along to replace him. Eventually, ray ray will leave in shame as well, and a new punching bag will show up.

The Circle of Life, sheep style LOL

Last anyone checked donald is facing indictments in all of those previous 50 (???)

So is trump going to pay for his legal counsel upfront or are there still enough losers willing to bill him after the fact and get stiffed?

I did some digging on the Trump court case because the media is sketchy AF as to what the charges even are. Has anyone noticed that? The grand jury isn't even discussing the charges to the media, nor is the prosecutor.

Hush money is not criminal, but prosecutors may argue that the $130,000 payment to Daniels was an improper donation to the Trump campaign, as Daniels' NDA helped his candidacy.
According to the Times, the case against Trump hinges on an "untested and therefore risky legal theory involving a complex interplay of laws."
Towards the end of the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen sent $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels to prevent her from disclosing her 2006 affair with Trump. Trump reimbursed Cohen through installments.

Daniels' representatives had reached out to the National Enquirer to offer exclusive rights to the story. The publisher, a Trump ally, instead connected Daniels' team with Cohen to arrange a deal.
During Cohen's criminal investigation, prosecutors argued that Trump's company falsely filed the Stormy Daniels payments as legal expenses. Because the reimbursement was done under the table, this could count as falsifying business records.

Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor offense. It could be elevated to a felony charge if Trump had intent to defraud or conceal.

At the time, in 2016, NDA payments were not only legal but DEDUCTIBLE taxable business expenses. This 3rd world ape of a prosecutor's case is a stretch, putting it mildly, in front of a hostile Trump grand jury.

Stay tuned.

I honestly have no idea what it's about because I stopped paying attention to these 'walls are closing in on Trump' episodes 6 years ago, when it became obvious to me that they had nothing. These episodes are designed to appeal to our slowest, it gets @BSC911 and @RayGravesGhost and other dullards all hot and bothered for a payday that never arrives.

However, I do hope they trying to make the case that Trump was trying to INFLUENCE THE ELECTION and that's why he needs to be arrested. If that's the case, we may not have enough jail cells to hold all the dems and members of the media who attempted to influence the 2020 election by burying the Hunter laptop story.

This is getting good...

He hasn't been charged yet...your new conspiracy theory is why aren't they discussing his charges in public BEFORE he's charged?

The grand jury isn't even discussing the charges to the media, nor is the prosecutor.

Refer to the reaiity above 🤣

I`ve been to 23 different Countries while working for The NSA in my younger years and I know what and how a Police State starts up, this Countries populace better wake up, that`s exactly what`s been happening since Obama and Biden administration`s have taken control . This Democratic Party has been taken over by hard line progressives Socialists. That`s why they want Trump to go down, they can`t buy him out and control him. If you don`t believe this you are just plain naïve and ignore the facts in front of you. Just ask yourself what Biden has done to strengthen this Country and then ask yourself what he has done to weaken this Country, look at the facts.

Before the usual dunderheads pipe in, it should be noted that Michael Cohen went to prison for tax evasion and other shens, NOT the Stormy Daniels situation. 😂

You know the old saying "You can lead a jackass to water but you can't make it drink"... 🤣

These facts?

Record low unemployment
LPR back to prePandemic highs
Recovery of our energy sector
Not withholding aid for votes
Nor being impeached.
Not suggestion we inject bleach and that the virus will just magically disappear.

Those facts?

Ted Stevens, Tom Delay and Bob McDonnell...political careers ended with convictions...all later exonerated....all victims of prosecutorial misconduct...They almost got Gen. Flynn

Biden, zer0 and Hillary sleep easy at night!

Trump? Money, years of witch hunts proving this is political and millions of people watching this BS unfold.

A legal system that was not corrupt would throw this out simply because the man can never get a fair trial anywhere in the country. Who does not know who he is and does not have a strong opinion on him already?
