Plus, having testified in federal and state court, I learned very early not to "open the door" when making statements that are outside of my realm. Statistics? No problem... medicine? Nope, lol.

The people pushing the vaccine here said they were the experts, listen to them.

These 'experts' didn't tell us the shots would lose effectiveness after a few months.

They didn't tell us there would be potentially fatal side effects.

They didn't tell us we would need booster shots 8 months later.

That's why some here question why vaccines continue to be pushed blindly by the same people with no adjustment for reality.

You and I have administered hundreds of different types of those things knowing all side effects, efficacy and what to expect. We hold our patients well beings close to our hearts and for internet morons to come on and debated nonsense like we have an agenda except for the wellbeing’s of our patients, I can’t handle any longer. F em. If they get sick, we will treat them all the same, but my compassion is running thin.

I think that is fair. Distrust of the government to tell you the truth is probably a good idea, given their general propensity to avoid the truth. I also think it is important to understand that lacking trust in the government to properly deliver information is not the same thing as the information being outright false or deceptive.
This is where probabilities and context come into play. Arguments should be set forth within proper context. Politicians don't generally provide a lot of context, because hedging statements don't get votes, lol. That is why I read the science and statistics and no news outlets whatsoever.

I would hope a medical doctor would know there isn’t a vaccine for something. I would also hope that same medical doctor wouldn’t blatantly lie about treating patients with a vaccine that doesn’t exist. Furthermore, I would hope that a medical doctor would know of existing treatments that are already authorized for use as both a treatment as well as a preventative for the current Global Pandemic. Just my two cents

The inability to say, I made a mistake and instead doubling down.

And the mistakes come from only seeing one side of this issue from the onset.

This time a year ago, I dare say most of the board intently followed @gator1776's posts and looked at him as a trusted source of advice on the vaccines.

But over the last year, people that trusted him began to ask questions about his claims. These people were trying to square what he was posting with what they were hearing from other sources.

They were trying to learn more about the topic. But 1776 and his ego took it as they were CHALLENGING his information. He got cranky, he got upset. He stopped answering questions. He told the board to listen to him cause....he was a doctor.

That attitude is why he lost a lot of the posters that listened to him a year ago, IMO. Plus a lot of what he claimed was proven incorrect.

But if he would have been more objective about his claims (he literally admitted he had an agenda), then more people would still listen to him.

Only a few people still do. And that's completely his fault. As you said, pride and ego.

Then this “doctor” says something completely contradictory. “Regeneron is what we give chuckleheads that weren’t smart enough to get the vaccine first”. What I do know, is that politicians get the best of the best, yet doc says this isn’t the situation where regeneron is used.


Funny part….this is the first time he has even acknowledged Regeneron as a treatment. Two months ago “there are NO treatments for Covid”. Two weeks ago “there is one treatement for covid, BAM BAM”

This, and stop telling us no one has been killed or harmed by the vaccine(s). We aren’t idiots, even if we aren’t doctors.

All most of us are asking is for the mushroom treatment to stop. Informed consent predicates a full disclosure of all of the facts.
