So, did you read what you sent? Your article mentions Comer allegations and states that it's not proven true. I thought America was innocent until proven guilty.

When this "bribe" happened, Biden was VP and he wasn't making policy decisions, he was enforcing Obama policy decisions. That's the other thing doesn't make sense to me.

He shouldn’t be charged because of the legal precedent and the law. The lefty judge in the Clinton Sock Drawer case gave us a clear read on the ERA…NARA has no right to demand records back because the President is the sole determinant of what are official Presidential records and what is personal. Whatever he leaves behind they can have, whatever he takes is his.
I have called out the asymmetrical justice here though - Biden, Pence and Hillary all mishandled or stole (yes, as a Senator Biden stole documents from a SCIF, as VP he took sensitive Ukraine documents that are still at the Penn Biden Center…1800 boxes which still haven’t been returned or examined).
So yes, he shouldn’t be charged because he didn’t commit a crime. He’s being charged because the FBI and DOJ are terrified of him and they want to affect the election.

And Biden had documents in 5 locations. One was a garage. He’s had classified documents since 1974. Hillary paid someone to wipe a server and literally crushed blackberry’s with hammers to avoid a subpoena. Neither had any of the protections provided by the PRA, but both were establishment politicians.
And Barr isn’t a Republican. He’s going scorched earth on a guy he hates. The relationship between the two ended terribly, Barr quit before he was fired to save face. Barr is also an attention whore and will go on any cable news show that’ll have him. But keep using him as your prime example.

The sock case was NOT a government case. It was a case about a conservative group trying to force the government to classify Clinton tapes as government "documents".
NARA said that those tapes were personal, they agreed with Clinton and judge agree that the Judicial can't force NARA to classify something as personal or the governments.
This case is not like Trump and isn't in the same hemisphere. NARA is actually saying that those documents are the governments and not personal. Also, NARA wants those documents back, its not a liberal group trying to force NARA to take them from Trump.
