The evidence he presented were facts. They were bank records. I love how it doesn’t bother you at all that a $3MM payment was made to a Biden business associate from the CCP and then over several months $2MM in total cash were paid out in much smaller amounts to several different accounts associated to both Joe and Hunter (see why it’s important to care about Hunter?).

He said it a couple of times. He gave his opinion of what the document said or insinuated. You can tell me that it's a fact when the guy literally was giving his opinion and you're presenting it to the board as if it was factual. That's dishonest and I don't expect that from you. He also didn't say that Joe got money directly. Just more of his family. Everyone knows that Hunter and Joe brother cashed in with the family name.

You can literally do the same thing with Trump and his family. Kushner was given 2 billion to invest when he had no investment experience, as per Christie. Now the Republican theory is that the Bidens were paid for policies. There is no proof of that. That would also mean that Obama also got paid because he was the president. That would also mean that Mitch got paid because he was running the senate. That would also mean that Pelosi got paid because she ran the house. At no time when Biden got bribe, as the Republicans think, did he have power to just make laws/policies. We have a system.

Grassley just said on the Senate floor that one of the redacted sentences in the 1023 stated that the owner of Burisma kept 17 audio recordings of conversations with Hunter and Joe as leverage in case he didn’t get what he paid for.

Comer and Grassley are members of a House Oversight committee, they are not FBI investigators. These are allegations, based on whistleblower testimony and bank records they obtained.
In this country, when someone is charged with something the presumption of innocence is maintained until the trial is concluded.
Here you're using that presumption of innocence to attack the validity of evidence in an investigation, but you're pretty sure that Trump's going down just based on being charged?
