Bogus roughing penalty kept miami drive alive, and now the forward progress stopped when it was clearly a fumble. Right now Acc refs have gifted canes 7 points. Strickland should be fired for allowing this.
Happened a few times last year. Napier keeps them huddled up too long before sending them out.
Well the play calling has not improved, the mental mistakes are still present, and the defense puts not pressure on the QB.

Can there possibly be any Gator fan left who honestly thinks that Billy Napier can handle this job and get Florida football back to respectability? A ton of new players, a few new coaches, good experience back, very good transfers and yet the team looks exactly the same as the last 2 years. The play calling is just horrendous, but there is no discipline on defense and we're getting dominated in the trenches. This is now Gator football.
Yep 3rd down play calling the last 2 years is enough to fire him.
Some of its Napier. Might as well play Lagway if he won't change up his style. A few deep throws aren't enough to change their defense.
These refs are accepting 20s from Miami..... total screw job in the 1st half. Surprised they allowed that 70 yd run
That run was a thing of beauty. Looked like a wall set up on a punt return.
The tendency is to blame the refs, but what I see is a Miami team that is better prepared, better coached, much tougher in the trenches and executing a lot better than our guys. Cristobal ain't much of a coach IMO, but he's better than Napier.
