3) You’re right, production boomed under Obama as he came in right as fracking technology started to hit the market. He actually added more incremental BPD than Trump did. In fact, like Trump, imports turned into exports under Obama until overproduction caused rigs to shut down his last two years. Not including NGL’s, Trump’s oil production actually exceed 1970’s peak (however, Obama’s years produced more if you include NGL’s).
