Chance of Zaire playing for the Gators?

Given every advantage possible to help him look like a viable starter, he still threw for just 57%. Under no pressure he still over-threw wide open receivers, and even some of the completions were because the receivers managed to catch balls that were thrown behind them on crossing routes. Without the 46 yard completion to Hammond, with 5-9 McAuther attempting to stay with him, and his TD to a wide-open Callaway with 2 W-O's attempting to cover him, Franks passing numbers would have really sucked. Even Franks own mother knows he sucked, but like some of you, she's not likely to ever admit it. 
Franks actually did a lot to help secure LDR as the 2017 starter in that put-on Spring fiasco. jmoho's of course....

At this point, my only hope is that what has transpired since the Outback Bowl, is some kind of elaborate hoax, put on to confuse and sand-bag the hard-blow concerning the Gator's 2017 offense...

I guess Dooley spoke to the SEC Commissioner on the radio and came away thinking Zaire will be allowed to come here after all if he wants to. This was in contrast to Dooley saying sources thought it wouldn't be allowed before but we know his "sources" are probably made up usually. If that is the case Zaire will probably be our starter against Michigan just reading between the lines with what Mac has said about the QB situation.

We have 3 blue chippers that have to pass their tests in early May I think or they may not qualify. I hope they all do.

Speaking of QBs in Spring games I know they don't mean much but that new Tenn QB looked pretty dang good when he was in there dropping passes in there to the right place and he looked like the type to be composed under pressure. I hope that was just because it was a Spring game situation.
I hope it means nothing in reality and I hope it was just because it was a Spring game but he looked pretty good out there. I remember when I told FSU fans that Jameis looking good in their Spring game didn't mean anything but that is one time it might have actually shown something. He didn't seem to have it given to him on a silver platter like LDR last year either.

He may possibly be a good QB in the league but Winston was a freak of nature athlete. It was obvious from the start he was.
McElwain just said he thinks any quarterback that comes in over the summer would have enough time to learn the playbook and get ready to play before the season.

Another clue he wants Zaire. I think its Zaire's choice if he wants to come here now. I think I would lean to it being us with Texas and Wisconsin being more settled at the QB position. Zaire did say he was even adding Harvard to the list however.

No I am saying I said Spring games didn't mean crap to FSU fans when that game had them convinced Winston was the real deal. I am not saying he will match Winston or anything crazy like that but he might make Tenn a threat to win the East. After watching him it would really surprise me if he turns out to be a bust and I would have been really happy if one of our QBs played like that. Some of it just seemed more realistic than a setup like we saw this year in our game and in LDR's game last year.
Every QB (6) currently on the Gator roster was brought in by Mc-Nuss.

If indeed Zaire is transferring to Gainesville that means JM doesn't believe in the six other QBs on campus. It seems he is in the same boat as Muschamp. Really good defense and a pitiful offense. Zaire has already shown he can win these big games. I do agree it means Mac doesn't have a lot of faith in the other QBs probably.
