2021-22 Basketball Primer

That’s what I see as well for UF….. with Arkansas being a critical win to get to 9 in SEC
I‘m not sure we can count any game as a probable win the way this team shoots. We definitely need Castleton back ASAP.

Strange, you spent several posts telling us about this deep and talented roster White has built, hard to imagine that losing 1 starter would cause such a disruption....

You're absolutely correct on that, obviously my bad.

Losing All SEC players like KJ & CC would make ZERO difference to any good coach, unlike the totally incompetent White chump.... Fire his loser ass today,,, why wait any longer? Heck, any cold off the streets interim could do a better job....
😉

I actually agree with this.

Everyone including White knew KJ wouldn't be playing this season....and CC has missed 3 games now....glad to see you're finally on board.

Gators ran out of gas. Played well in the first half but vols took advantage of our short bench and lack of size. If White stays as the coach he has to recruit some more size. This year I believe we were 218 in size, then CC goes out and a small team gets even smaller.

Other than Tre Mann and Cheese nobody has really improved their game under White. Guys tend to regress and I'm not sure why. Jones and Felder are great examples of that this year.
Mike White is a big puss out there. He's more worried about people liking him than winning games. There's no way I'm not getting teched up on that obvious foul on the 3 point shooter.

Damn, refs just blew this one. Between the missed foul on the three, the ball never went out of bounds, and the phantom hook and hold that is 8 point swing.

2nd half Tennessee cut down on their turnovers and pumped up their assists, while Florida did the opposite - turnovers up, assists down. Plus hitting only 3-17 3's in the 2nd half. That equals our 6th straight loss in Knoxville. Another SEC program that has gotten better than UF over the last 7 years - Auburn, Alabama and LSU being at least 3 others. In spite of injuries through the years (which apparently no other team in the nation has had to deal with), the UF basketball program has stagnated at best, regressed it seems to me, and I don't see how anyone can deny that.

Same story every year under White. Guys played hard, but just not enough.

I love reading through comments. Vol fans acting like they have some moral high ground when it comes to behavior. Good lord.

Yeah Paco, and without that poison vax shot, he might still be playing....
And wasn't it still a question if he would play or not in the preseason?
But since he's never been medically cleared, then we should all just forget about him, even though he still sitting on the bench for every game....
🙄

Watching the world class vaxed athletes around the world dropping like flies, I guess that Socialist-U has actually been fortunate, so far.... 😉

Not going to get political but who says the vaccine shot is what made him have his issue?? The only think that has been said is he did have Covid quite a few months prior.

Do some research (athletes and poison vax shots) and then make the leap and figure it out for yourself.

I have no desire to discuss KJ's private life in any depth here.
IMO - He's a good guy and I'm very sorry for him over what has occurred.
And just a FYI, KJ is still listed on the official active roster, so I'm not going to forget him....

Post game claim: Tennis-sea played tougher than Florida in the 2nd half.

Translation: The Officials didn't call all of the fouls on the thugs.
They didn't even call a foul on the face slap with an eye injury that put Jit out of the game.
Typical SEC officiating....

What a crap load of officiating in that game. A foul on our player gets turned into a flagrant on us? Really? Typical in Knoxville is suppose.
