Before we move on from LSU

I think the Secondary, in particular Bridges and my guy DD need some serious love for playing all 93 snaps last week and were excellent in coverage. 93 snaps is an insane number of plays, and to do so at such a high level. If y’all only knew how far DD has come, I’m so proud of that young man. #27 has been outstanding in the O&B!!

Special thanks to @SRGators @bblake08 @Heisman Gator 1 for taking good care of our Players and allowing them to focus on football and school so they can excel and become the men they are!! Thank you

New Story HUGE SHOUT OUT to SRGators!!

HUGE SHOUT OUT to SRGators!!

Someone asked SRGators for his take after the game last night. SR was VERY gracious with his time and thoughts on UF, etc. I wanted to make sure you all had a chance to read what he had to say. We are all very LUCKY to have someone like SR who will keep us updated on things (things he can discuss), and I can't tell you how fortunate and 1000% lucky the University of Florida is to have a guy like him doing all that he does for the program - it is not just football by the way....I can't even imagine where the University Athletic programs would be without what he does for them, Thank you SR!

Cautiously very optimistic about the future. If Billy makes the staff changes that he’s said he’s going to…I’m all in. I’ve made a big NIL pledge provided he does make the moves necessary. If he hits on these new staff hires like he has with Chapman, Harris and Joe Houston…wow. Those 3 are home runs. He will also clean out some staff that bring nothing to the table. I personally really like Napier and think he can and will lead our program to a championship level soon. We will also hire a football GM, and that will help our program as well. Last night was awesome. I read a post that said the vibe was positive on campus all day…I agree with that. Even with a limited DJ and a beat-up defense, our staff felt confident that we would beat LSU. We are headed in the right direction…recruiting is going to close really strong for the scholarships we have available. We will then hit the portal hard for 3-4 key difference maker positions. We have the funds to do so 🐊

Game Day Help

Hey guys! Love being a part of this board, have been for a long time, and still love it! I stopped going to in person games at the swamp about 15 years ago, bc my wife and I started having kids and we live a long ways away. I used to know the places to park for football and basketball games. I know one of the locations I always used in the past is no longer an option. I am bring my 2 daughters down this weekend for the basketball game Friday and the football game Friday for their first games in Gainesville. We go to all the games in Athens and Columbia for all the sports bc we live in Augusta, but so excited to finally take them down there for the first time. I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on parking options for basketball Friday and football game Saturday! Thanks for any help!

New Story Just submitted a FutureCast for a former UGA commit in favor of the Gators

Coming off an official visit to UF this weekend, I have submitted a FutureCast Prediction for three-star DT Stephon Shivers to the Gators. Shivers is really down to UF and Vanderbilt. Shivers could make a trip to Vandy before making a final decision but nothing is scheduled at the moment. I like Florida to land the Tennessee native.

Football Changed my view on Billy

Not that it matters because I’m just another fan lol

BUT, seeing how this team has responded with its back against the wall and a A LOT of key players missing is really showing me something.

I was firmly on the fire Billy and hire Lane train however I’m beginning to see the flip side. Lagway is the truth and truly a generational talent. If we are able to build even an average O Line around him and get him some pieces at receiver via portal then look out! Our defense has also responded tremendously the last few weeks and we get a lot of these guys back plus the new recruits.

I’m not that old(38) but it takes me back to before NIL when a coach was given more than 2-3 years to turn a program around and that patience sometimes turned into championships(see Dabo). With SR saying there’s a nice infusion on cash coming in to the program and Billy making changes to staff, I really think next year we can easily win 9 games and maybe more. The kids love him and are not quitting and that’s the most important thing because wins will come with a new OC and better players.

Anyways just felt like putting these thoughts to paper(or digitally in this case) rant over and as always GO GATORS 🐊.

No, I am not at liberty to give names, but what I am getting at is we are combing early and often for top talent to bring to the VILLE!!!

PS- Thank you, Uncle GARY...😁

Heisman

I love the physicality of the

After the bye-week version of this team. I attended the LSU game, and the boys were locked in as ever, knocking some LSU Tiger’s Johnsons into the dirt. I specifically watched LSU’s RBs, and they were constantly checking out of the games with noticeable limps and awkward gaits. The intensity is there, and we have to raise our focus level another notch to avoid the silly penalties on offense. Hopefully, we get a few additional bodies back for Ole Miss, regardless it’s going to be a helluva game, much watch TV if you’re a Gators fan!

Go Gators!!
