Of course Willis knew what was on the charging document, her office drafted it. Although, it seems she also knew the GJ would indict Trump on all charges and sent it over to the Clerk's Office early. I would assume the originally posted document was missing the GJ Chairs signature.
When I sat on a Grand Jury, the charging document was pre drafted and ready for the GJ Chair to sign it. If anything were to change after the GJ voted, when the AG/DA came back into the room, they, with the GC Chair's help, would scratch out/write in any changes before the Chair signed it. Then a Judge would come in look it over and ask the Chair if the document was correct, then they would sign off on it.
Imagine that another SOROS funded RAT Judge overseeing Trumps case

The Fulton County (Georgia) Clerk of Courts Office admitted it made a mistake when it posted a "fictitious" indictment of former President Donald Trump before a grand jury had even voted.
This will 100% exonerate him. Maybe not with the first hearing because the inmates are in charge..but this 100% shows the decision to indict him was made BEFOE the Grand Jury was convened

No I think creating a martyr out of Trump would be bad for their cause and they know it...but if he isn't in jail for a long time when the elections happen I 100% think this is plan B.
Another conspiracy I've dreamed up is Biden being assassinated by a fake MAGA supporter. It would:
1) Shut the Bidens up - they could easily implicate Obama in the influence peddling scheme, but this would make sure Hunter/Jill/etc stayed REALLY quiet
2) Get Joe out of the way, you know they don't want to run him again
3) Be an excellent psy op to build public dissent against MAGA and finally give some (fake) credence to Biden's claims that the biggest threat the nation faces is "MAGA white supremacists".
I hope neither happens but if you think the DS isn't capable of either or both you have not been paying attention.
This has been my concern for a while now as well. It would probably mean checkmate if I'm being honest.
There's no way we could have a reasonable conversation or investigation after the MSM published "MAGA kills the POTUS."
