That is literally Tucker Carlson and OAN defense of Trump. They are saying if the people planned to march on the capital before Trump said anything then how is he responsible.
That's why the committee is trying to show that it was planned and that Trump knew about it. They are also trying to show that when it was happening, he did nothing to stop it (that's already proven).
He certainly said "peacefully protest". You can't deny that. We all heard him say that. Perhaps you and this circus committee are trying to say well he didn't mean what he said.

There is EVIDENCE that a certain few individuals that were initially detained, but later mysteriously let go, were there at the protest, instigating and riling up the crowd, pushing them to enter the Capital

I would bet that if an honest investigation were made they would find that some Democrat operatives were paying these instigators.
