Sorry sport but positivity rates are not a ideal correlation to numbers of tests. You can test 20M people, if the virus is not there, the positivty rate is low. Go figure? I heard on the radio that Alabama had 1900 cases yesterday. We've had mask mandate in place since mid July. If I remember correctly, our number of cases on the day mask mandate went into effect was 1800. So 4 months into mask mandate and cases are UP!
