The prosecutors and judges have worked together to try to time these trials for maximum negative impact on President Trump's ability to campaign (not one of these cases, all of which are bogus, needed to commence before/during the election; there was no legal or judicial necessity for any of this). The gag orders are in furtherance of this effort, preventing President Trump, the inevitable Republican nominee for president, from responding publicly to this legal and judicial tyranny. This isn't some coincidence. It is all purposeful. It is shameful and unconscionable. We are watching the destruction of our justice system by the Democrat Party in Democrat-controlled courtrooms, on behalf of Joe Biden, and cheered on by the Democrat Party-media -- all of whom seek to eliminate President Trump from running or hope to cripple him so badly as to ensure Biden's victory.

The idea that the documents in the so-called documents case involving President Trump were not handled in the most careful and professional manner is utterly inexcusable. Any attorney involved in litigation sets up a system for gathering, marking, organizing, and securing documentation (and other evidence or information) related to the case. The DOJ has an even higher duty, which is why it has seasoned individuals who do this for a living. And in this case, the entire existence of the special counsel it to investigate President Trump. It has no other cases or responsibilities, making this even more shocking. This is a "documents" case in which the DOJ claims, in part, that President Trump mishandled documents! The fact that the precise order and manner in which the documents were gathered was somehow altered. whether by error or intentionally, is inexcusable.
