If no one is charged with leaking the indictment, absolutely. I understand gag orders butnot when they are unilateral.

I am generally against them except in rare circumstances but just like the justice system in general the left with the assistance of like minded Judges have really weaponized gag orders for their political gain. To do it with the national front runner for the Rep nomination would be a clear political move and also done hoping to generate a contempt of court complaint. I really think if things were reversed here a conservative Judge would quickly throw out this joke case. I doubt a lefty Judge would do the right thing quickly though just like the Judge didnt when they charged Manafort in state court also and the appeals courts had to toss the charges later. Cant remember if this is that Judge or not.

I don't know about that. It wasn't politically motivated and he had a huge amount of unexplained income and a paper trail that accompanied him spending it. Al Capone is the reason organized crime always has legitimate business acting as fronts for their other activities.

When they take this to trial and I see the evidence for the charges they unseal today it might more closely align but not as of this moment.

Organized crime launders money through real legitimate enterprises. Ultimately, passed down through generations, some become completely legitimate and adored like royalty. (see Kennedys).

Conversely when the government needs cover for unappropriated expenditures, it dabbles in organized crime. See CIA enterprise funds to move arms to different flavors of the week. 😂

- They cited several times issues with cameras. They weren't on, the data was deleted, they weren't aimed at the drop boxes, the quality was too poor. They actually had it but Englebright mentioned that they couldn't show it because it would have been fodder for "fact checkers". The bottom line is they tracked stop points emanating from Dem non-profits and hitting multiple drop boxes and back again. You make it sound like they just "drove by" - that's not how geolocation works. They know when and where you stop and for how long.

2) "I read their explanation before. It seems contradictory for them to claim they have a video of the same person adding ballots at multiple drop boxes, but then also claim that the video quality is so bad they couldn’t release it. If the video quality is “extremely poor,” how could they know who is in the video?"
- Because they dovetailed it with the geotracking data. Surely you aren't this dense? Guy with red shirt and orange car is seen at multiple stops. 7/10 stops are so bad you can hardly make anything out, but the geolocation data aligns perfectly with what video we can see. That doesn't make for good TV....you'd just say "I could only see 70% of those drops, this proves the geolocation data mining was fake (but lock up every J6'er who was within 2 miles of the Capitol)."

That's all I can find, you need the video to be convinced even though they have more reliable tracking data.
