Witch Hunt. Any person with integrity regardless of political affiliation should see that this is horrible for America. You all are definitely in the small minority that are for this.

Nobody is above the law. This is not political.

I don't know the specifics on the earlier rape charge and I'm certainly no fan of Bragg but...

If they didn't have the evidence to convict this POS, getting him to plead to something MAY NOT have been a horrible idea. Pros and cons...

Pros
1. The 5 years of probation helps WHEN he reoffends. And because he's a rapist, he WILL reoffend.

2. You get some sort of conviction which helps extend the sentence with the next.

Cons
A. It almost certainly closes the book on this specific case which means he cannot be prosecuted if solid evidence presents itself later.

B. Coercion isn't a sex crime unless it's "Coercion and Enticement," and that's not what they said. If it's not a sex crime, this POS wouldn't have ended up on the Sex Crimes Registry. Huge Con here.

C. Obviously he's back on the streets in no time ready to commit his next crime...as we saw.

It's very likely that the victim in this case didn't want to cooperate and because of that, unless you have other physical evidence, it's damn difficult to secure prosecution.

I do not "believe" it...I % know it because I pay attention to what is happening in the world. I see two different justice systems, I see the FBI getting involved to bring a political opponent down..many times while NOT doing the same with Hillary. I see intelligence "experts" lie about Hunter's laptop. I see a former POTUS get charged for what EVERYONE says is political garbage, while the current president gets payoffs from China, Russia, Ukraine, etc. I can go on and on. I attribute this to that cabal...what is your explanation for this, and the rest I left out?

Does any of this prove the existence of a blood drinking cabal that rules the world?

My lawyer is a former DA. his opinion was this was a bad plea it almost would have been better to kick it and start over.

If you get bored sometime, go to reddit and search Podesta pedophile. There's a lot of smoke and probably a little fire. It's a lot to sift through, the fact checkers have done backflips to try and down play it.

I hear you and the little I've read is very disturbing. That doesn't mean that any of it is true.

Making a claim and then pretending the standard is, "if it isn't true then prove it isn't true" doesn't really work for me.

I'm quite certain that we have and have had many pedophiles in DC. We know of some because they've been convicted over the years. I'm equally certain that there were more who got away with it and still others who are probably still doing it.

But a cabal of pedophilic blood drinking cannibals that rule the world? I'm less convinced of that.

Starting over or securing the plea were the only two real options. It's tough for me to disagree with your lawyer without reading into the case.

My only point, despite the fact that Bragg is a POS, this MIGHT have been prudent. It also might have been the travesty of justice that it appears to be.

Almost certainly laziness and lack of manpower played a role in deciding to plea this out...sadly.

From what I saw on reddit, the blood drinking thing was symbolic amongst pedophiles with regard to molesting children. Not necessarily literal is the concept I'm trying to convey. Also, they had all kinds of cute code names for their practices. They are not cute, they are disgusting.

It's been my experience as someone who has occasionally found himself in the wrong chair in the interview room, if they want you to plead way down from the original charge, they ain't got shit and you tell them to pound sand.

I get it...but it doesn't prove anything to me. If it has happened, or if it is still happening, I need proof. Otherwise it's pissing into the wind.

Sometimes that's true. Sometimes it means, "we're willing to go after your balls if you won't plea but this plea is better for both of us because I'm sort of lazy."

Thing is, some people are concerned and everyone laughs.

And it's pretty funny.

Except I remember the first Satanic Panic that not only caught no baby killers or baby mill people, they also didn't arrest any Satanists. They did arrest 24 people, two of which went to prison before they were exonerated.

So Satanic Panic 2: Electric Boogaloo is just going to bring a shitstorm down on me and mine, and that annoys me.

They do? If that is the case, why are they so hell bent to keep Trump from running?

She's making the case that they aren't actually hell bent on preventing him from running.

By charging him for something that he's unlikely to be convicted of, it ensures that he will be the nominee that they will face.

Not saying that I necessarily agree, but that's her point.

The biggest hole in her theory...Trump was already pretty damn near a shoe-in to win the nomination. So he doesn't need Bragg's help to piss off the base.

LOL........now THAT is a double Jedi mind eff trick if true. Not buying that one bit. They went with a vengeance on J6, the documents scam, and also the faux Georgia case. They've thrown everything but the kitchen sink at the wall to see if anything at all will stick. They are ALL falling apart.

Damn. This is the village idiot the left adores.

Bragg brings murder charges against man who shot thief who shot him first

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is really making a name for himself on a national level, likely much to his eventual regret. After convincing a grand jury to bring preposterous charges against Donald Trump, Bragg had to find something to keep himself busy until Tuesday, and a New York garage attendant named Moussa Diarra offered him that opportunity. Diarra was working the overnight shift yesterday when he spotted Charles Rhodie rooting around the garage with a bag, apparently attempting to steal some of the tools and equipment in the garage. Diarra confronted Rhodie and demanded to inspect the bag. Instead of complying, Rhodie pulled a gun from the bag and shot Diarra twice, once in the stomach, with the second shot grazing his head. Despite his injuries, Diarra wrested the gun away from Rhodie and shot him in return. So what did Bragg do about it?
Obviously, he charged the garage attendant with attempted murder. (NY Post)

I love how you added a laughing emoji first thing LOL That plan ALSO assumes the dems DID NOT CHEAT in 2020, so that won't be an issue in 2024.

We know they did, and we know they will again. I think @goldmom does too, she just hates Trump so much that she doesn't give a shit if we have to endure another 4 years of Pedo Peter, she just doesn't want to 'endure' another 4 years of Trump.

And all the booming economy, no wars, no inflation, and total border security that comes with it LOL

Now THAT is 5D Chess....distract from the disastrous Trump indictment with an even bigger eff up? LOL

I don't fully understand your religion and that's fine, I don't need to.

In my faith, Satan is the embodiment of all that is evil. There are no good sides to Satan...it's PURE evil, period. He's not the boogeyman, he is the darkness to God's light.

The name Satan evokes that from people who share my faith.

I'm not looking for a philosophical debate on faith, mine or yours, but when Christians, or most anyone from the big 3 religions, hears Satan evoked...that's what springs to mind for us...rightly or wrongly and that's understandable.

That doesn't mean that people who believe as you believe should be unfairly prosecuted or persecuted because we don't understand or don't appreciate your faith, of course. In other words, you convict on evidence, not on prejudice.

I refuse to believe this.

@goldmom are you saying you believe that Joe Biden won the 2020 election fair and square with 81 million votes?
