In the first two minutes it says a judge DENIED the defendant access to the tapes AND admitted that the prosecutors (the US government) admitted in court that they haven't seen everything McCarthy gave Tucker. The video also clarifies that the defendant in question has gotten 34 MINUTES of video footage, out of the 44,000 hours.

None of you have even described under what circumstance that the additional video would be exculpatory

If you're charged with trespassing and there's video of you inside the capitol building there is no video that would be exculpatory

If you're charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon and there's video of you committing that act...there is no exculpatory video


What exactly would be found on some other video that would be exculpatory?
