Tucker showing 6 Jan hoax

😂😂😂

The deep state in panic even Chuck-u-Schumers butt buddy Cocaine Mitch is crying like a little b$tch over this 😂

I wonder how bad Mitch's fall was. At his age a broken hip would not be a good sign at all. If it was something close to that the Reps will probably have a new Senate leader after the 2024 election.

As much as I dislike the turtle, doesn't KY have a Dimtard governor? What happens (for the next two years) if he can't go on?

So he lied to the committee, that's your answer?

Here you can see ole Ray is part of the crowd that pushed a massive sign into the police. Everyone that touched that sign is still in jail. Not Ray.

ray-epps-trump-sign.jpg

Go to 1:30, Ray was a part of the first AND second breaches.

When asked directly if Epps was a fed, the FBI doesn't say "no". Why?

He's bragging in text that he orchestrated the breaches...

And does he seem like he is asking politely to have everyone to tour the rotunda or to riot?

Oh, and his lawyer is a former Fed (for nearly a decade):

But here’s where things get even more curious—Ray Epp’s attorney’s names are noted in the introduction on the transcript, showing he was represented by John W. Blischak and Andrew Blischak, a father-son duo from Arizona. John Blischak was an FBI agent in Ohio for 9 years before moving to Phoenix, Arizona, where he became an attorney.

You can read his bio here: https://blischaklaw.com/2226-2/

Your article mentions Ray was on the FBI most wanted list, but it didn't say why he was taken off very quickly?

I'm sorry man, but a MSM cover piece isn't going to explain away why he's not in jail for doing the exact same thing that got so many put into the DC gulags.

It's not like they needed much. They still think Babbit was murdered and apparently they still believe the Epps story (blown up by known liar Tucker).

You're lying...Tucker presented no time stamped video footage.
Its been one the major complaints about his "presentation"

Which is why we know you're lying about the Sicknick video and can't explain where you saw the time stamped
video you claim

The J6 cmte saw a lot if not all of the video footage...So? irrelevant

You as a LEO can look at the entire day of video from a convenience store that was robbed...
Does it matter if 99.9% of the footage doesn't show the crime?

It appears KY did pass a law saying the Gov had to choose from a list of 3 replacements from the same political party until an election is held later but some people argue it is unconstitutional. So not 100% sure what would happen.

The fact that so many attendees recognized that his behavior was off and that they doubted his intent, IN THESE MOMENTS, prior to what happened at the Capitol has meaning to me.

Their gut, prior to having any distinct reason to believe so, was that he was an agitator with an ulterior motive. That has weight imho.

Doesn't matter. A dem would be no better or worse.

McConnell is king swamp rat.
Whether or not he is a RINO swamp rat or not, his vote matters, and a new minority leader would be chosen if he has to drop out. Most of the damn votes are straight down party lines with one or two defectors from each party. It does matter if a democrat from KY replaces him. That's why I asked.

Wasn't the guy in picture #22 found to have been wearing a BLM shirt at one of their riots the summer before this?

He withheld money in key midterm races that cost seats.

He’s no better than a democrat.

I've heard of Ashley Babbitt. But she was the wrong race with the wrong politics for you.

No.

She was just a dumb worthless insurrectionist who participated in event that required money to have human feces being removed from the walls of the capitol...

And had you heard she was "woke"...You still defending her? LMAO

Yep. This is so bad for the FBI.

Any agents involved need to be fired asap, and lawyers need to be disbarred. Convictions need to be overturned.

You HAVE to turn over exculpatory evidence in discovery, There’s no wiggle room here.

There is no exculpatory evidence...but there is evidence of the crimes they have been charged of

She was complaining in the video about having to budget money for cleaning up feces on the highways presumably because it was left there by immigrants

She then ended up supporting an event where feces had to be cleaned off the walls of the capitol by her group of insurrectionists

Pretty simple to follow the irony

"to have feces being removed from the walls of the capitol" is not English Ray, even if I can decode it.

The irony is you mocking Nail and then pulling the same horseshit.

You can read my post...nail can't even form sentences...I guess that went right over your head 🤣

I think maybe you don't know what exculpatory evidence is. Sit this one out, sparky.

Barney Fife doesn't realize the video has been made available to the defendants BEFORE it was
given to Tucker Carlson.

There's nothing that could be "exculpatory" regarding what they're charged with

Are you really a LEO?

Barney Fife trying to become Perry Mason... 🤣

This post proves that you don't know what you're talking about.

The state isn't doing you a favor when they turn over exculpatory evidence. That's required by law. All of it...everything you have...in each case. Not just a few out of nearly a thousand cases.

This guy acts like that's just a pain in the arse. 😂 Well, sorry about that.

He also pretends that the DOJ obtaining video from the legislative branch is an unreasonable request. LOL. Oh no...they might have to subpoena the video?!?! That never happens in trials, right? Moron.

Stop posting on this because you're just displaying your ignorance.

Judge asked what would be exculpatory in the video requested? How?

Video of the alleged crime is exculpatory. It is evidence that may exculpate the accused, goofball.

Exculpate- show or declare that (someone) is not guilty of wrongdoing.

If this were any other case, especially one against a lib, you would obviously agree. So would I of course...because derp.

Let's save time because you're an idiot. You'll dig your heels in because you're a ridiculous person and an ideologue. You're wrong...and we'll leave it at that.

And btw, exculpatory evidence doesn't mean that the evidence has to be such that it would clear you of an entire crime. If it may clear you of elements or portions of the crime, it's still exculpatory.

So, for example, if you're charged with 6 things but a piece of evidence may tend to prove that you aren't guilty of one...that's exculpatory.

More specific to these cases...if you're accused of criminal trespassing and video evidence shows that a LEO allowed you to enter, or opened doors for you, escorted you or somehow assisted you in other ways, that video evidence would ABSOLUTELY be exculpatory for the charge of criminal trespassing.

Not to overwhelm that tiny brain of yours but oftentimes one crime is an element of another. So if exculpatory evidence can clear you of one crime, the others may fall like a house of cards. That's how our justice system works.

No they aren't Perry Mason watch the ENTIRE video...you misunderstanding of the law & the rules of evidence is addressed

You do realize then you're admitting the DOJ isn't withholding the exculpatory evidence...it would be the legislature branch. AGAIN making your argument incorrect (no surprise)

Fake LEO

Stop posting on this because you're just displaying your ignorance.

Not only have you been proven incorrect on all counts pertaining to the law...but you've proven you
can't be a law enforcement officer also

2x loser fraud

40,000 hourts of video the defendant doesn't appear in is somehow exculpatory? How?

The defendant's lawyer couldn't explain how...but Barney Fife/Perry Mason can 🤣

Let's give you an analogy closer to your line of work as a security guard

If a suspect is accused of trespassing at a mall after hours...is the prosecution REQUIRED to provide every hour of video footage that exists prior to the crime occurring?

Just admit it...its obvious you are not a real law enforcement officer.

You know nothing about the law

BTW - Please refrain from trying to speak for me. You're just too stupid.
Save your idiotic explanations for your own statements....you have plenty of material 🤣
