VA - these people SELF proclaimed themselves as NON-CITIZENS. We sent them letters to their listed address telling them they would be removed unless they contacted us. Besides, even if they thought they had a right to vote, they could go to the polls and register to vote that day and still vote.
DOJ - That is not correct, some of these 1,600 are citizens.

????? WTF ???? How would DOJ even know. They do not have the voter registration cards. BESIDES, the Federal Law the DOJ is pointing too is for citizens. This are people who claim to be non-citizens, so the Fed Law would not apply.

Actually, they have been cleaning their voter roll for awhile. They supposedly removed over 6500, but for some reason, these 1600, which all self identified as non-citizens are the ones the DOJ are trying to put back on.
