This is not a joke- democrats are desperate

I think it will be shocking how much bigger it gets. Trump will stay involved and I'm guessing someone very close to him will be the nominee when he's done.
I think it can grow if it gets someone more palatable to the general population than Trump. There are a lot of people who would buy into the message if they weren't so turned off by Trump.

LOL. MOST dims say the same, STUPID chit. I will challenge you to please let me know ANY Republican candidate who can CLOBBER ALL CHALLENGERS and fill arena’s like Trump? Your hero Romney? McCain? GWB? NOT EVEN one of our greatest Presidents Reagan could. The only comparison, and truly he fell short of Trump I’d HUSSEN obama. But you have proven many times you really do not understand what is happening in the world. You take your 5-10 minutes of watching CNN and MSNBC and think it is reality!

Good post. Like the rest of us, Trump is a flawed individual . That said if anyone has an issue with him and the way that he does things that is largely a media creation and people who buy into that tend not to be independent thinkers. We are electing politicians based on their policies, and how those policies effect the American people. So you will forgive me if I don't care one bit about brashness.

There is really only one choice, The other choice is a brain dead communist who is perhaps the most incompetent politician who has ever existed. And every single one of her advertisements is a lie. Trump is not raising taxes on the middle-class or doing anything else that the other side says., other than closing the border ...
You mean the people who say Trump is a threat to democracy all while in the same breath support a candidate whose party tossed out the previous candidate who received 14 million votes in exchange for a candidate no one voted for aren’t independent thinkers?????

It’s not anti-Trump. It’s let’s do everything we can to continue our control over the government. It would be anti-against anyone that is a true threat to bloated government bureaucracy.
And I’m not a conspiracy guy. But it’s fairly painfully obvious that the bureaucracy wants to stay in power and whoever will ally with the bureaucracy is who they’re going to help.
Bingo. And it’s this way in every agency. They all want to remain in their cush positions. Regardless of how benevolent they are

I heard that’s all you CAN do - is look.

Are you going to shut up with this terrible take if he wins the popular vote?

That would be shocking, but won't happen. Will likely be a similar result as to what happened in Britain. The pendulum always swings back. And the harder you push, the harder back it swings.

Can you think of a republican candidate from any time in history who is as widely hated as Trump? Can you think of anyone who's even close?

IF he managed to win the popular vote, I only hear that possibility here, it wouldn't change anything about how badly many people hate him.

Can you think of anybody in our lifetime that was as widely popular as Donald Trump is?

Maybe Ronald Reagan.

As many or more people like him or love him as hate him.

Trump has some fanatical followers. No doubt about that. But does it cross the aisle like Reagan? The democrats pretty much all hate Trump and so do quite a few republicans.

Note: this in no way means Trump isn't our best available option for President.

Depends on what you mean by cross the aisle, the size of the Republican Party is growing and several people have crossed the aisle to become Republicans that used to be Democrats. I think growing the party is crossing the aisle.

Clearly based on the last 12 years of Republican is far more likely to cross the aisle and work with a Democrat and vice versa. There’s pretty compelling evidence for that.

It’s not so much that the Republican Party has moved away from its roots as the democratic party has substantially moved away from its roots.

Donald Trump has most assuredly grown the party

And you keep using the phrase fanatical, which personally I think you do intentionally, but more than 50% of the nation supports Trump at this point and before Reagan second term, he was actually not very popular.

I think you do yourself a disservice to try and describe 50% of the nation is fanatical in any way shape or form

You are so uninformed. Your side has gone STRAIGHT SOCIALIST. These are the people who have a recogning coming. The democrat party is not the same, and many are fleeing it. You cannot be that dense?

Yes. Ronald Reagan when he ran. They said he was going to start a nuclear war if elected. You see son, I pay attention. You are oblivious to what is happening.

Who cares? This bi partisan BS needs to stop. liberals cannot be reasoned with ever and should not be, their policies are pure destruction for America. Have you not been paying attention? libtards certainly haven't crossed the aisle in the last 4 years.

And by the way Reagan "crossed the aisle" only to be burned by democrats. Did obama cross the aisle? He NEVER crossed the aisle and democrats jammed a bunch of crap including ACA on the American public.

Did Cum Allah write this ridiculous word salad? So many words. WTF does it say? “ I hate Trump”. I just want to know if every lib is this slow?
It's mental illness fueled by intentional ignorance.

Guaranteed this idiot hasn't spent 5 consecutive minutes listening to Trump in his life.

His opinion is fueled by deranged leftist news organization's caricatures of the man.

These people have a legit mental disorder. I listen to Kamala, actually I do it alot, and I make my mind up based on what she says and how she says it. I'm also constantly open to changing my opinion as she, or any politician, evolves. And I do the same with Trump. He's evolved and he speaks and conducts himself very differently now than when he first started to campaign.

But Trump for the unhinged leftists? Well one time he said "grab them by the pu$$y" so he's a total POS.

I have said the same in private around best friends. So have most men.

There are plenty of people who are going to vote for Trump who are nowhere near fanatical.

I mean, he's in a dogfight with a terrible candidate. That doesn't really reflect him being super-popular.

@GatorTheo - it's not an "aisle" anymore, it's a freaking continental divide.

When Reagan was in office we all wanted the same things, we just had a different view of how to get there. But the ultimate goal of American greatness was foundational for both parties.

What we're dealing with now are globalists. Their ultimate goal is no borders, one world currency, one world gov't, and the logical result of subjugated masses. There's a reason people like Soros and Schwab have so much influence over leftists all over the world. Everything they do, from LGBTIA+ to monetary policy (overspending) to forever wars to gun control, etc. etc. are all aimed at that goal. These initiatives do not exist in a vacuum.

I don't know how you work with people who want that type of thing.

Dude, do you remember how they turned Mittens Romney into Bane from Batman?

He was literally painted as an evil, woman hating dog abusing monster.

Twice. He signed an executive order in 2013 that would have ended the Civilian Marksmanship program which he amended, and in 2016 He originally opposed sales of 1911 handguns thru the civilian marksmanship program but caved on that in order to pass the defense spending authorization bill that year. Course then he banned import of weapons from South Korea which meant all the 1911s, Garands, carbines and Thompsons we left over there are staying there.

I understand the democrats and their media will relentlessly attack any republican candidate.

I'm just talking about regular people. Many of them cannot stand Trump. I really don't understand why you all try to deny it. He's widely hated.

Its just funny to me that anybody would push back on this. One of my friends is going to vote for Trump even though, in his words, he is a "complete Dick". But he likes his policies more than the democrats, which is a simple POV that make sense.

This Trump worship is just bizarre.

It's like a cult. I tell them over and over that I'm voting Trump, but if I don't worship him at every turn, I'm a godless commie.

Really, since when? Oh, when he decided to run for president in 2015. Back when he filed for bankruptcy, neither you or any of us gave a schitt. Regular people never had a problem with him long before Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson kissed his ass for money. Even Jesse "the body" Ventura kissed his ass for an endorsement to run for president during Wrestlemania 20.

The only ones who can't stand Trump are liberals, and you.

Well, well, well.

It's not worship, it's hope that someone can pull us out of the backslide your party put us in.

4 more years of Kamala policies and we won't be able to vote our way out.

Its a cold war and he is their general. They believe anything he does is needed to be done to "win the war".

The basic right or wrong of it doesn't matter at all.

Of more concern to me is when will the Marxists relinquish control of the Democratic Party?
I don't disagree, although I would use different terms. The extreme's on both sides have way too much say over the direction the party's are going.

We need a more moderate/reasonable element to gain power. Otherwise it appears its just a matter of time until the country comes apart at the seems. Maybe its inevitable.
