He got Moo State on probation two or three years after the Cam situation. The NCAA and Moo State both made a wide receiver coach the fall guy, but Mullen was still the head coach when Moo State was put on probation.

As much of a scumbag as Mullen is, he was Florida's second choice behind cheating Chip Kelly. A guy who was given a show cause for cheating at Oregon

I'll be the first to admit Scott Frost was on the top of my list. Chip Kelly and Mike Norvell(Memphis) and the coach at Troy rounded out the top 4 on my wish list. I'll also admit at first I was not excited when UF announced the hiring of Dan Mullen. It's turned out ok so far.
