Well, other than the inexperience of being in charge, everything else is the same. Players not recruited for your system, that have to be trained up from ground zero, and the need to convince recruits to come to your school when you have little to no history there.
Yes, I already know your response, that Smrt is recruiting great, but he didn't right away, did he? And please note that UF's 2020 and 2021 classes are ahead of Georgia, so it looks like Mullen is on the same track Kirby was, except, he's a much better coach.
