Shaking down Chinese energy officials for millions is much more of a concern.
But filming yourself smoking crack and committing felony reckless driving is actually a crime. But again let’s put that to the side and worry about $30-$40MM in payments from China for “NIL”.

If you don't believe me, start a Facebook, tiktok or Twitter and see yourself. Philly just announced that they will charge people posting drag racing after never doing it before because someone died. It's very uncommon to be charged, especially from like 5 years ago.
