A special counsel must be appointed immediately to investigate no only Joe Biden, but allegations against Garland and others at DOJ by credible, career individuals at Justice and the IRS who've come forward as whistleblowers. The entire purpose of the whistleblower process is to independently investigate situations exactly like this -- where serious allegations of corruption and conflicts of interest (including political conflicts) exist within an administration. There must be unrelenting pressure brought to pressure an appointment, and it must become a top issue with GOP candidates seeking the nomination for president.
