ohhh... i like that metric
i like when ball goes in more than the other one
Kasey Hill did show up in one place recently that I can think of: the all SEC second team and the all SEC defensive team. But that's just the league coaches voting. They probably don't have access to MJ's proprietary metrics for analyzing hoops (ball go in = good; ball no go in = bad).
Your inability to actually comprehend the King's English is quite amazing.
With all the criticism of Kasey's performance on this board, and there is a lot, mine is probably the most balanced. Yet for some reason you go bat shit crazy of mine alone. I must be like a Libertarian to you and your Social Justice Warrior mentality.
My criticism of Hill has rarely been about his scoring, save when he takes ill advised shots. My criticism of Hill has been primarily with is turnovers, his inconsistency in dishing assists and his inconsistency at the FT line. When he gets hot, he can be a good scorer. And he is a great defender. In fact, his defense is the only consistent part of his game.
If you are to be critical of me, at least get it right.
Your continued criticism of Hill (what is measured about a post, during his best game of the season at Auburn, reminding everyone that he was terrible against aTm?) is all in defense of your post from last year, when you said that Hill was the reason the team was struggling. My response then, same as now, is that Hill is a limited player on a team full of them.
I respond to your posts, because I think it's unfair to perpetuate this false narrative, that Hill is a negative to this team, based on what is obviously a limited understanding of the game. Your criticism of his "inconsistency in dishing assists" is case in point. He's second in the SEC in assists per game! What are you talking about? You were probably criticizing his two assists against Vandy, without even thinking about the fact that the team shot 33 percent for the game. Assists require a shot to go in. You criticize the result, without thinking about the steps that lead to that result.
All I can say is that Mike White puts the ball in Hill's hands more than any other player. And the league coaches voted him second team all-SEC. Do you think think that they are all wrong and you are right? Or do you think they see something you don't?
Yep. Kasey has a better upside than Chiozza in scoring and defense. Hill is out there because White think he has a better chance to do well than to screw up.The "trust the coaches" one is always tricky.
A player getting a lot of time doesn't always mean he's good, and on top of that, coaches aren't always right.
We see that all the time.

Yea, he is cold as ice. Barry with some uncharacteristic turnovers.Allen needs to get going...
Yea. The one Chioza missed was uncontested. Its unbelievable how our guards miss standard layups all the time.
I wish, don't see it right now... They can scoreLet's get a double digit lead and pull away
btttLet's get a double digit lead and pull away
The problem I had with the UK/Florida game was the waY the Gs were allowed to play vs Florida in the first half.Going to the rim is the reason for the free throw discrepancy. Just wondering if 46885 or what ever the numbers are is seeing that now. Great job Gators. Go SEC.
