JC Jackson

I know nothing about it but if the kid was wrongfully charged I would hate to not see him play in orange and blue because of what coaches "usually do"...I won't say much because I don't know much. We'll see how it shakes out.

According to the article I read he apparently has bad choices in the people he hangs out with. He was guilty solely by association to begin with and charged with conspiracy. Sounds like he got a golden reprieve and needs to learn stop running with thugs. Things can happen like this when you are young and maybe he will open his eyes and learn. Wish him the best and hope his life makes a right turn following that.

I think he should be allowed back, but coaches usually don't like any type of distractions.

What? Didnt he only beat the charges because the other perp couldn't be found? I think I heard that before he beat the charges. Surprised the state went forward with this without the other perp being located if that was the case. No way should he be back on the team imo.

You have no idea what the evidence was at trial.

He was tried. He was acquitted. No reason not to let him back in school and back on the team

The standard for representing the University of Florida is different that the one for a criminal trial. Read up on the trial a little and I think you will change your mind.

Was the other perp found or not? If not (I am not sure) I was surprised the state went forward with the case even though it looked very bad on Jackson. Something a jury would find him legally not guilty I would think.
