JC Jackson was in court today. I heard that the State offered a plea deal for a short jail term JC cooperated but Jackson and his attorneys rejected the offer.The case is set for Trial Status Conference on October 5th. The State will recommend 30 years on each count (5 counts) if they secure a conviction. Apparently the plea deal is now off of the table.
