I have been pretty much a moderate all my life, including the time I spent in the military. During the last 12 years I have drastically changed my political views based on what the left has become. I would say a large portion of my friends are Independents. Most of them voted for Obama in 08 and a majority of them voted again for him in 12, which was mind boggling, but I get it considering Romney was the choice for the Republicans. I can’t think of one that will vote for Biden this time around. They even tell me that in their network of Independent friends they don’t know of any voting for Biden. Some of them are not thrilled with Trump but they are voting for him based on what they have seen over the last several months. Does anyone else have a lot of Independent friends whom are thinking the same? I think Trump is going to win this group massively. You just don’t see it any polls or on the news.

LOL everyone on a forum is an independent or moderate except me. I am a conservative in the mold of Reagan and his three legged stool. The most important leg is the social one.

Pro-Life and Pro-Traditional Marriage and pro binary gender which is determined by biological assignment not feelings

This is Americanism.:

I can't really say I have any independent friends. Everyone I am in close contact with are conservative. Other folks I come in contact with who I am not sure how they would vote tell me Trump.

Oh I’m a registered Republican but I lean libertarian and I have voted Democrat years ago. But there’s no doubt my northwest Florida voter registration card says Republican because why the hell wouldn’t it’s a Republican anymore it’s either that or socialist.

I’m definitely conservative- I used to say I was to the right of Limbaugh, and to the left of G. Gordon Liddy

G-Man had a helluva radio show in the 90’s; freaking brilliant man

My sis-in-law has asked spouse to take her to the polls for early voting. Her husband died in March. Sis-in-law hasn't voted in years. She's no Trump fan but Jim Crow Joe and the fake Negro scares her to death. Packing the Court? Why won't this stiff answer?

Sis-in-law is no Rhoads Scholar and she's a 98'er. I'm proud of her. You go, girl!

I love it, love the willingness to do something that a lot of us feel this time, which is to tell socialist know strongly, but I do wish she would find another nickname for Harris. As you know I’m not want to put a lot of meeting into words or political correctness but I think that one needs to be retired.

I am 1/4 Negro. My father was Congolese-Cherokee-Caucasian. As I grow older, I've taken great pride in all three races. I'm not supposed to use such a term?

Was it black activist Leo Terrell who used the term before I did?

I hear ya and I do not disagree with you but I still think it’s a word that causes more problems than good and should be retired or not used often. It’s one of those things that detracts from your argument which is a very good one.

I dont have any independent friends. Maybe its because they know how I stand and think its my way or the highway or they are not sure how to make a stand.
