And you don't register and pay taxes on your vehicle because they're dangerous, and if licenses were really about safety you'd take the driving test more than once in your life. You have to pay money to the gov't b/c the gov't has to pay for the infrastructure for you to be able to drive the car at all.

If you get hit by a vehicle it is dangerous but it isn't the fault of the vehicle it was the operator of it. Have you ever been ticketed for speeding? Did the patrolman issue the vehicle a citation and not the driver?

If you are indicted for a felony in the United States, you cannot purchase a gun. Trump would have known that before the trip to the gun shop is set up.

I thought that the law was for gun crimes or violent felonly indictments. Interesting. One more item if being indicted means you can not purchase a firearm then why did the system allow him to run his background information and tell the store owner he could not purchase a firearm at this time? I thought the ATF as well as Homeland Security updated the system as soon as a felony indictment was issued.
