If Todd Golden is fired, so should Stricklin

I watched some of their game against Ole Miss Friday night, they looked pretty good. Very aggressive & very athletic.
That is good with all the fake accusations out there. For a while you had crazy mess like a girls boyfriend finding out she cheated so the girl would then claim weeks later she was drunk and raped to try to get back with the guy.
Which heads? All things considered, it is a fair question…

Quite frankly this situation has a bad smell about it.

The Title IX complaint was filed in September. The first step is for whomever to determine if there is enough evidence to open an official investigation. If there is not, it is dropped. If it is, the accused is immediately suspended with pay pending an official investigation. There apparently was not enough evidence to proceed, so it was dropped.
Frangie's take on it is that the accusers did not like that response and then went to The Alligator. Golden thought it was over--not sufficient evidence. So that is why the defamation allegation against The Alligator.

Frangie lost all credibility when he incessantly trashed Urban Meyer on his show during and after his tenure as the UF coach. I didn't know anyone still listened to his garbage show. Same goes for Rick Ballou.
I mean it should be fairly easy right? Simply show the text messages and pictures and there you go. My question in all of this is how did Golden get the cell phone numbers of these ladies? I will certainly withhold judgement until all the evidence is out.

And didn’t the thing you posted yesterday say specifically you cannot terminate or suspend the subject of a title 9 investigation and that’s why the MSU coach was suspended but Golden was not?
Bottom line I’d like to know is did Golden send dic pics to students or not?
If you read between the lines in the complainant statements in the alligator they refer a couple times to the fact that he always sent disappearing messages or whatever, so it may be that it’s a he said/she said situation.
I do recall in one of the articles, it tracked Golden’s instagram use or whatever and it backed up the part where he was following and unfollowing a lot, but that was it.

That is true. I didn't endorse what Frangie said - I just copied what somebody else posted. Just more confusion to the story that tells me we all should withhold judgment until all the facts come out.
You can absolutely suspend a coach with pay during a title ix investigation. Every school handles it differently. Investigation has been going on for a few weeks now. He looked a little shaky in his press conference after last nights game. Again, hopeful this is a nothing burger, but that's not been our recent luck.
I heard Golden got cheers before the Grambing game, so it seems to me that a lot of people think this was a big nothingburger.
If this does turn out to be false, the fans, including myself, and the media owe him an apology. He seems to be handling the negative attention well.

I've never thought the allegations were true, so would have nothing to apologize for. Maybe I'm wrong, but we'll see.
If you look at the Andy Staples comments, it didn't sound to me like the
hilarious. I was thinking of this scene when all this broke.
