I see some trouble brewing for UGA...

If we lose then we lose...but you've been one of the most talented teams in the country the last 2-3 years. Talent isn't your biggest issue. We'll see what happens around Halloween next year. If you lose you're not going to Atlanta. Not only did you lose to SC but you got spanked to LSU. Your offense wasn't' that great this year...good O Line though.

What's crazy to me is some of your fan base talks like we're so far behind you but we're taking your recruits. What if you lose next year?
I don’t think you’re too far behind, but you saw the talent difference on the field in Jax this year. You couldn’t run the ball or get any pressure on Fromm. Even with a putrid offense, we were able to control the game rather easily. That’s my opinion as I was there and never got overly concerned. I drank a lot of vodka that day so maybe that helped.

Just as a note, we couldn't run the ball on anybody. You still needed a late third down conversion to win the game.

It was a one possession game that went down to the wire and a made 3rd down conversion with just under 3 minutes to go in the game. How is that having control of the game rather easily?

This is my first warning to you as trolling and antagonizing fans on a UF board with an absolutely absurd comment.

Will you? You had 19 draft eligible players in your starting 22 for the SECCG. Let's wait and see how many declare before making any claims, hmm?

This is why kirbs is doomed: The homers will never learn.

A smart, objective Georgia fan (assuming such a thing exists outside a lab setting) would pump the brakes on grandiose predictions and say that its time for Kirbs to prove himself in 2020.

Instead, Dawgs already claiming 2020 will be anther 'strong' team. I guess like the one they had in 2019.

Seriously?
Yes seriously. He’s been doing that for months. I don’t believe trolling and antagonizing fans on their home board would probably be tolerated for as long as he has done it. If there was a mod here in the past he would have likely already been gone. It was yet again another absurd comment he made to try and stir up people.

My job is now to clean up the board and that means trolls, etc. I’m not sure he has really brought any value to the board in his time here.

Nit sure where you get that. It’s a fact, ask any Athens resident or Georgia fan that’s been there.

Yeah, we should never believe an arresting police officer.
https://247sports.com/college/georg...-James-Cook-weekend-arrest-details-140622893/

According to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department arrest report, an officer observed a Dodge Charger around 12:44 a.m. ET on December 14 traveling east on East Clayton Street in downtown Athens. The car had a dealer tag and when the officer maneuvered behind the vehicle to observe the date on the tag, the driver immediately moved into the middle lane.

The officer became suspicious that the driver was trying to prevent him from seeing the date on the tag and when he called in the number, the officer learned that the insurance status was unknown. That's when the officer turned on his emergency lights. The vehicle immediately pulled into a handicap parking space and both the driver and the passenger in the right front seat quickly exited the vehicle, further arousing suspicion.

A request was made by the officer for both to get back into the vehicle and they complied. Upon reaching the driver's side window, the officer picked up a strong scent of burnt marijuana. Cook, the driver, told the officer that there was no more marijuana in the vehicle because he had smoked it already. The officer also observed "shake" (flakes and/or residue) on the console of the car.

The passenger, a football player not considered a starter who'll remain unnamed because he was not charged in any capacity, told the officer that he had placed his Glock 19 in the glove compartment. The gun was checked and called in by the officer and since no charges were brought forth, we are left to assume that it was lawfully possessed.

A clear case of the ACC cops targeting a star Georgia football player who was trying to be a good chauffeur :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Not a good look for Kirbs, not that any Dawg here would admit that.

IMO Richt was a great coach but you're right....he never won anything...had some good teams etc. UGA fans are on crack about it.

Richt was the Dale Earnhardt Jr of college coaches. Dale was capable of being a championship driver, he just didnt want to do the things necessary to win titles, he was just happy to be a race car driver. Same thing with Richt, he didnt want to devote his life to coaching as is often required to be a great coach.

So do the buttsniffers have a bad class compared to recent results or are they signing some big ones tomorrow?

The number 8 (Burch) and 10 (Ringo) nationally ranked players (according to Rivals) will Commit to the G tomorrow to join our other three five stars.

If your qb/team relies that heavily on one player for catching the ball, you are in trouble. ALL teams have to deal with this. Your team was inadequately prepared and I suspect underestimated the LSU D.
I don’t think it was about preparation. If I give kirby anything it’s that he does come up with decent gameplans. That’s how they were able to jump out ahead of Alabama the last couple years. What he isn’t great at is making adjustments in game or overcoming a talent disadvantage. LSU was just on a different level this year. I’m not sure anyone can beat them. I’m not sure the reason uga lost to them was some huge flaw in the coaching or the game plan. LSU was just the better team, and they’ve been the better team all year.

This is interesting. I thought most coaches have a stupid no guns policy.

"Dealer plates on the car". ROFL. That should have alerted the cops it was a football player. Bet there are a lot of "loaner" cars being driven by UGa players these days.

Georgia players driving around in Dodge Chargers while UF players ride around in scooters.

Kirbs learned from the master when it comes to providing cars to players...common practice over in bama land.

LSU's offense can't be stopped...you just have to outscore them but their D has been stepping up...they have gotten better.

Still owned by the dealer no less...
Even if it's dirty and suspect at the least....the NCAA won't do anything about it. Outside of logistics the NCAA is worthless when it comes to enforcing rules and punishing universities or players. Just think about the Cam Newton deal. 'Punishment' from the NCAA is nothing these days.

Yeah, the NCAA sure laid it on Shariff Floyd when he sold baked cookies and/or brownies just so he pay for his traveling expenses for a visit to UF.

Very fair evaluation I think. I also think he misused Fromm. He looked like an all star against us, but then he is "game managed" in critical games rather than just going for it. Just my take anyway.

We played them well for 3 Quarters, but our running game was non existent so that was that. They are a very balanced team. OSU appears to be also. Might be a good matchup inevitably in the NC game.

We were winning in the 3rd quarter...were going to tie it up when we threw a pick in their end zone.

People have to learn what Bammers already know. The NCAA can do NOTHING. 90% of all their enforcement action comes from programs self-reporting and suggesting penalties. The rest is them investigating a school and hoping they can bluff people into confessing. If they come to your school, tell them nothing and "encourage" them to leave. That's what Bammers do and why they now can do whatever they please. Kirby brought that with him, but we will see if Georgians can avoid cracking.
