How long does Ron DeSantis stay in 2nd place to Trump in primary polling? Will they pull the plug on him before he announces?

Breaking news: Trump trashes DeSantis over the Disney issue. Claims Disney will move out of Florida-laughable.
The Trumps just showed that they’re owned by corporations-first Anheuser Busch and now Disney, whose execs have him YUGE dollars in 2020.
Yeah but MAGA, right?

90% of America have no idea what the Disney issue is about. They just hear what Trump tells them or what Keith Oberman says. There is no difference in a Trump fan and a Keith Oberman fan. Just labels.

DeSantis is on the right side of this issue, a situation that should have been corrected decades ago. Disney best give it up because the more they dig in the deeper their hole will be and the harder to crawl out of.

Disney lost this one and Florida is better off financially because they did.

Yep no matter who it is their fate in the general will be the same.
Bingo. We've done nothing to secure the 2024 election, so it will be stolen once again. Katie Hobbs has already given Runbeck oversight of their election, so that means pubs can't win AZ.

So in order for any pub to win, they have to carry all the states Trump won, plus PA, GA, MI, MN and I think WI?

Not happening. Now you see what 'just move on' gets you.

This is SPOT on...we just have a few slower posters here that are up in age...and have lost some thinking power.
Studies have shown that when a person gets emotional, their effective IQ falls by up to 50 points.

How many posters here hate hate HATE Trump? Same ones that sound like idiots talking politics.

DeSantis better watch out the other characters are starting to smell blood in the water. If we ever see Haley or Tim Scott go all in on trying to take DeSantis down we will know the big billionaire donors have abandoned their original plan.

Haley and Tim Scott have zero chance ( DOA) Scott is a RINO fraud who backed McConnell and RottenKowski.

Chris Christie? He is a joke. Please bash Ron, Mr Christie. A conservative does not give a corporation a blank check to run their business. At least not in Florida anymore.

And good news for Donald Trump fans. Donald has brought back his trading cards. Series 2. Get 'em while you can.

Well some of the billionaire donors plans are to hope DeSantis is still viable going into SC and then have Haley and Scott drop out and endorse him in their state hoping to win SC. I dont blame Trump for keeping Graham around knowing that is their hoped for scenario.

What are the odds Donald Trump will not attack him? I say pretty high the RINO is safe from Trump. Just like all the rest of the GOP who have declared.

Only one person gets attacked by Trump and it is not Joe Biden at the present time. Trump will never be President of the United States again.
Good point. This Trump guy only attacking the only candidate within 40 points of him seems highly sus.

Ever read Behold a Pale Horse?
Nope EW, don't know how I've missed it for this long, but it looks interesting...

Behold a Pale Horse. In 1991, Cooper wrote and published Behold a Pale Horse. The book has been influential among "UFO and militia circles". Just prior to the trial of Terry Nichols in 1997, The Guardian described it as "the manifesto of the militia movement".
(maybe that's why I've missed it?)

Caution:

Behold A Pale Horse By Milton William Cooper 1991. The version that was republished in May of 2018 has numerous grammatical errors, is about 100 pages shorter and does NOT include the sources that the original version has.

But maybe I'll look for a copy the next time I'm book shopping...

So, if I'm hearing you correctly, there's really no point for you or people of a similar mindset to vote, right?

I don't know understand why you guys would be behind any candidate with such fervor if the election is a forgone conclusion.

GTFO with this crap.

No offense intended but I don't believe that you believe that.

Trump may win a rust belt area state DeSantis wouldnt but whether 270 is reached will be the same for any Rep primary winner I think. If the recession starts Q3 or later the Rep will likely be the next POTUS. If it starts this Q2 the Dem could possibly win.

The election isn't a foregone conclusion...at this point. There's still plenty of time to take adequate steps to secure the next election.

But I'm seeing nothing, and the window is closing fast.

I don‘t care who we run if we get in the game and play hard ball with ballot harvesting in the corrupt swing states WE WILL LOSE

DeSantis is definitely running. He's running commercials on the Guttfeld show tonight. Governors who are in their second term don't run political campaign ads for no reason.
What about the Florida law that says he has to resign before he can declare? Are they gonna change that so he doesn't have to resign to declare?

I just don't get Trump having Graham around his campaign. The dude has had a few brief shining moments (the Kavanaugh hearings for certain), but for the most part the guy just reeks of The Swamp that is presumably everything Trump is against.

I agree there is still time, but politically I don't see it happening. Apart from the modest reforms that GA was able to implement, none of the other states that were close in 2020 (AZ, MI, NV, PA, WI) have done anything meaningful to correct what was done in the name of "Covid", etc. If I'm mistaken please correct me. These states are under Dem control, or least have power split between the Governor and the legislature.

In summary I don't have my hopes up. If you're not a resident of one of these potentially contested states, what else can you do besides vote? I guess one could make financial donations to the right advocacy groups(?).
