Oh for fukkks sake. This doesn't prove jackshit. The fact that Dominion didn't get caught with their dick getting slammed in the door doesn't mean they didn't have a hand in this. Their software guy flew to Detroit or some city during election night to "tweak some things" . FTR, Dominion wasn't the main thrust of the steal, they were just the insurance policy in key states. Ballot harvesting, fake ballots mailed out to fake residents (who all happened to live at same addresses) and ballots trucked in through USPS from a different state was enough evidence to throw enough votes in key states to affect an electoral vote coup. Let's call it an illegal insurrection for ReRe. IMO, Fox effed up and should have taken Dominion to the mat. Let Dominion prove they didn't alter certain counts in certain counties. It's a civil suit, the burden was on them.
You guys are making a valiant effort in the attempt to put a bow on all of this.
Dominion's lawsuit vs Fox in no way shuts the door on election interference. You guys can claim it has a thousand more times if it makes you feel better but it's a logic fail and you know it.
From this point forward, anyone who claims that Dominion suing Fox proves that there couldn't have been election interference is a Grade A++ moron. So yea...I win. 🙄

Fox's settlement with Dominion proved there wasn't election interference in exactly the same way as OJ's Not Guilty verdict proved that he didn't murder his ex-wife and her boyfriend.

You don't seem to understand jurisprudence at all. Dominion actually doesn't have to prove anything. Fox made allegations, they were sued for making false accusations. It's on them to prove the allegations were true. if they can't prove they were true, they lose. Are you really this clueless? You HAVE to be trolling at this point.

No. Dominion has no case unless they can prove defamation. That's not how this works, that's not how this works at all. Dominion was found to have complete reversals in targeted counties. Georgia and WS in particular. Judges disallowed discovery in many jurisdictions. FOX caved, plain and simple, They effed up. Dominion is a nickel and dime POS company with only 17 million in revenues per year. Look it up. Most judges only allow actual damages to be awarded in civil suits. Ask yourself how a company settled for 44 times annual revenues? You can't smell the stink? We can.

I was going to post this EXACT statement yesterday. But remember who you are talking to...I will bet you over 50% of these libs think OJ was innocent.
What's the bet on if Trump gets found not guilty on those NY charges they will suddenly remember not guilty doesn't mean innocent.
It's much simpler than that. All you need is fraud in the dem-run major city in each swing state:
AZ - Phoenix
GA - Atlanta
MI - Detroit
PA - Philadelphia
WI - Madison
Each city controls the state. Each city run entirely by dems. Each city delayed reporting results in 2020 (and 2022 with Phoenix). Each city is in a swing state.
Which is exactly what we saw in each city in 2020. Ballots arriving via big rigs at 3am in the morning after the city said no new counting after 10pm.
We all wake up at 8am next day and Hiden has magically erased a 100,000 vote lead overnight. While counting didn't happen, we were told.
Control the swing states via dem-run cities that are corrupt. Couldn't be simpler.
Fox didn't lose, they decided to keep this from going to trial for half the original stated damages.
Neither you nor I have the real story as to why, because part of the settlement was to not disclose terms.
This does not shut the door on the idea that there was fraud, hell it doesn't even mean that Dominion didn't manipulate results. All it means is Fox didn't want to go to trial.

Yet here we are. The amount is what baffles me. I think I said it here before, I know I said it somewhere.................the settlement amount is 44 times their annual revenues. Think about that. That's NOT real sustained damages, that's lottery like ridiculousness.
More importantly, some people somehow figure that Fox settling with Dominion means that it's impossible that our elections were compromised.
The truth is that none of these people believe this. More than likely it's just fatigue on the subject and this is just an incredibly ignorant attempt to tie a bow on it. That's fine...but when you go so far as to call people stupid because they don't believe something so asinine, you have to call BS.
Again, OJ was found guilty in the civil suit. Which was not a defamation case, BTW. Your comparison of a criminal trial to a civil defamation case isn't even apples to oranges. It's apples to disenfranchisement (randomly picking a concept rather than an actual corporeal item in order to have two things fundamentally different from one another, and waiting to see how many people think I am literally using disenfranchisement as the argument. Over/under on literal usage is three. Over/under on how many of you don't understand all these words, seven.).
As a life long UK fan I actually find this funny, and not completely untrue in the eyes of some of our fan base.
