This is why I find the theory that Hunter is really a CHS to be fascinating.
The competing theories are:
1 - Hunter is a complete idiot

So back to the laptop, that either means that Hunter dropped it off while he was high and forgot he did it, or that he did it on purpose cause he wanted to stick it to The Big Guy.

Have you read the book Animal Farm? In the last scene of the book, the farm animals are standing outside the farmhouse as they watch the men and pigs arguing with each other, and they begin to notice that it becomes harder and harder to tell which is which.

First statement - does “solve it” mean prosecuted and sentenced in a court of law? The problem there is Merrick Garland would have to be the one to charge him, so all we can do is gather facts and evidence. DOJ always protect a president. The republican DOJ fought to protect Trump. The democrats fought for plenty of documents from the FBI. He had the IRS withhold his taxes. He had the DOJ stop people from testifying against him. This happened with Clinton, Bush, Obama as well. It's really routine.
