Couple things. You were comparing what Trump did to Desantis. I am not saying Desantis didn’t do good things. He did, but the historical facts are that he actually locked things down when Trump left it up to the states. Desantis put restrictions on businesses, when Trump left it up to the states.
Those are the Facts. We ALL lived Covid, so not sure your point there as several governors handled it similarly to Desantis. He was just put on TV more. Hindsight should tell you why. You’re previous post was insinuating he won the Superbowl, and based on that, he’s your guy.
Well, if we are basing the Superbowl winner off of who placed the least amount of restrictions on their state as Governor, and then using that as a litmus test for President….then you would be writing in Kristi Noem.
Sundance doesnt get everything right but ends up close on a lot of his stuff. He has been calling what DeSantis was up to out for a long time. It shouldnt surprise people with DeSantis background but he was a better option for Governor than Putnam despite his backstabbing now I guess..i doubt Musk can get him more than a few % in the polls. Maybe unite the NeverTrumpers a little more but it shouldnt affect the base much.
Yep DeSantis was worse on Covid than like 10 other Rep Govs and just barked loud at the end. Even let the lefty media talk him into a 2nd round of restrictions and some closures after previously ending that. He also was slow in stopping the lefties from masking school kids not acting to stop it until July 2021. He pushed the vaccine hard until near the end also.

DeSantis didnt make it illegal until late July 2021. Just like most other Covid things he didnt act until the Rep polls had big support for his actions. He was probably the biggest vaccine cheerleader out of Rep Govs also. Said adults were basically crazy if they didnt get the shot.
Trump would be crazy to imo. Let the others attack DeSantis there and hold another event that day. If its Fox they would just try another Kelly ambush like they did in 2016.

The funny thing about THIS story is, watch how much of this story ends up being about Elon. They needed DeSantis to provide the distraction from Durham, but when they convinced DeSantis to go on Twitter, they convinced DeSantis to give an extra distraction from himself LOL So I suspect Elon will now be the focus, cause that still gets the attention off Durham, but now they don't have to give it to DeSantis either.
