Biden Solves High Gas Prices

You gonna tell us how much it cost to fill your F350? Sorry, I have to grill you about your truck and I know you don't use it that much. I guess for a Tacoma to cost your son that much, he may as well cruise in a Tundra for about $20-30 more at the pump.

Don't give him any ideas. 😂

The F350 cost me $138 the last time I filled it up. And it wasn't on E. 🙄

It’s been very sound for me, especially without having to hear a gasoline motor while I’m cranking my tunes

Glad to hear it. I wonder if you let me do the math if it actually would be??? You have to figure in the entire cost of operating vehicle X as compared to Y.

Maybe it is for you. I've looked, it wouldn't be for me. It still isn't close despite this administration's best efforts.

And they can do all the things the "big oh trucks" can do?

I'm not joyriding in the F350 and my son pulls lawn equipment, boats, ATV's with his truck. He's 16 and cuts grass, fishes and does young man stuff.
No, if you need big oh truck stuff, then your phucked, until hydrogen trucks come out.

I drove my son to and from a travel tourney in cullman this weekend In the EV. After the first game, I walked back to the car to get my cooler. This family of 4 was standing next to my car and seemed to be in awe. They asked if it was mine and I said yes, and let me take y’all for a spin. They gladly accepted(The dad was sporting a trump 2024 shirt). I floored it a few times and they were laughing their butts off and having fun. They really appreciated it and said their next car would be an EV

Well, I spent 87k on the car. It was either that or an Audi S7 or 7 series in my mind. Same price cars at the time. Now my car is worth 95k and that Audi/7 series Beamer is not.

in a year and a half, I’ve replace 2 tires and that is all I’ve spent on the car. No fuel or oil changes or new brakes. My home power bill was 240 last month. 4 bedroom house. One 5 ton hvac. No solar panels or generators.

I was thinking more along the lines of battery replacement when the time comes. I'm guessing $20 to $25k???

As as for the power bill, if it's being used like most cars are, you will see a difference in the power bill. If it isn't being driven a lot, your fuel bills would be lower too.

I have 6.5 years left of battery warranty. I’ll sell and upgrade before then

So your car is disposable every 8 years?

My truck is an 89. I wonder who has the bigger carbon footprint? Those rare earth minerals don't mine themselves.
No, a Tesla will last a long time. The battery has an 8 year warranty. If I chose I could keep the car and replace the battery if that was needed.

your truck would be the winner in the carbon footprint race. Every time you start and drive your 89 truck, your spraying exhaust all over

So….ITT, it’s important to remember who Kingseve is. He outed himself long ago after making a mistake posting on this very board. For those not around at the time, there is a reason bsc and this account always like each others post so soon after posting.

And BSC has already been outed as having zero knowledge of oil and gas (just look at this thread). Just something to keep in mind when reading kingseves supposed knowledge on alternative fuels.

Funny how egos work.

You have a naïve and ignorant perspective of carbon footprint.

So the equivalent of $87k every 8 years plus the cost of charging and some light maintenance.

If I'm making the decision based purely on dollars and cents, I can do better.
To be fair, the residual resale on Tesla's is ridiculous. But that's a "now" thing, it might not always be that way.

Either way I think the math for both environmental impact and financial considerations is still on the side of modern combustion engines.

15 years ago, before the even stricter emissions requirements we have now, the avg sedan could drive 300 miles for about the same carbon emissions as a standard 4 stroke lawn mower mowing 1/3 of an acre. I can't imagine the current comparison.

Notice every account he creates he claims he has an expensive sports car. First it was a vintage porsche, now its a tesla.

He's literally holding up a sign that says "These are the things I don't have, but really want'.

I do feel sad for the guy.

I think it's more that he has no idea what happens to the environment in the process of 'acquiring' those rare earth minerals for the batteries for those hydrogen cars.

The mining process completely eviscerates the environment. Destroys it.

The fact that they want the cars anyway proves this is about their politics and they could care less about protecting the environment.

So @Kingseve1 is another basement dweller who eats day-old, cold pizza while chatting online with BSC about their "knowledge" of things?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Malone, your lying your ass off as always. You know damn well I’ve never said I had a Porsche. I’ve had very few posts on this board so I’m sure you can look at my history, and you’ll see that I’ve never said anything but Tesla.

Would it be harder to hate me to know that I have done well enough to afford a Tesla, is that why you keep making up BS?

Show me how you would do better, if you were going to spend 87k on any other car 1.5 years ago.

keep in mind, I have made money on my purchase thus far.

This is such a weird post. Notice every account he creates. 👊😂😂😂

I can see why you like politics so much. Spouting off lies with no proof

Exactly. Besides, who doesnt want a car you have to plug in and spend 30-60 minutes to recharge every 200-300 miles?
Maybe if you don’t own a house. But, if you own a house it charges overnight. I don’t waste 15 minutes at a gas station 100 times a year either

Another BS post. Y’all just make shit up. Check my posting history. Outed😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

138 for a partial fill. Thats more than half of my monthly power bill, which includes charging my car. That doesn’t sound like good business sense.

I think @jfegaly is saying that @Kingseve1 is another sock account of @BSC911. I could see it, @BSC911 has been busted using them before.

My favorite was when he left a post as @BSC911, then meant to switch to his sock and forgot to, and replied to himself, in the voice of the sock LOL

You got waaaaaaaay too defensive here. The troll always panics when they think their ruse has been foiled.

So transparent. At least @gator1776 can get his cheerleaders to come help him, @BSC911 has to pull a sock out of the drawer.

I paid 87k for my car In Jan 2021. Now, its worth 95k. I’ve spend 500 on 2 new tires. My power bill might have gone up 200 bucks in that time. Hard to tell as I haven’t noticed.

so, in a 1.5 years, I’ve spent 87,700 on all my automotive needs, and I could trade it in right now for 92,000-96,000. All good while, going 0-60 in 3 seconds whenever I feel like it. Sounds pretty great, unless your biased and lying to yourself
